I use the vkb t-rudder pedals i find those for me far more ergonomic, because just up down doesnt move around on the carpet or move my chair around far more forgiving of suboptimal placement.
-
I get it but not consistantly like something causes the cog to shift, where sometimes its stable as even yanking on the stick and others its pulling kobras out of nowhere.
-
Gyroscope is only required to calculate rotation, using accelerometers is still considered INU navigation even without gyroscope
-
u can change the min alt warning on the radar altimeter put it to zero then back resets the warning on the ground.

Just people trying to come up with excuses after mig-21 heroes bruised their ego.
-
I just turn on the oxygen and don't see any action on the blinker untill i get some altitude.
-
Thats for the light that tells you when the drop tanks empty, green one beside the gun lights.
-
You need to turn your radar off in those situations, likely the reason he saw you in the first place.
-
I take a pair of R3Rs and a pair of r60s, get most kills with the r3r.
-
No it doesnt, he said "under its max landing weight", those manual quotes only list some possible examples of configurations and fuel loads that do that.
-
Try reducing aoa until you pickup speed then keep all.
-
i don't know what the passive one does but the others do work on jamming targets
-
i seem to get it even after having it switched off completely now, rearming or repairing on the ground also does not seem to replenish coolant.
-
Yet whats the practical difference, same weapons radar still exceeds weapon range and situational awareness relys more on supporting assets and datalinks than an aircrafts own sensors.
-
Yes the sighting ring I very much would like
-
the s-24 feels like it has a bigger explosive radius than the 500s
-
Mig-17 was inferior to the F4, they still shot a bunch down with plain old fashioned guns, real life wasnt some aircraft 1 on 1.
-
Yes while its not actually that bad vs modern jets (tho this module more than anything shows the need to improve aircraft visibility IMO), this would make for better missions over all, since current missions seem to just tuck strikers away in their own corners of the map since they get annihilated if a f15 or su27 gets anywhere near them.
-
Would also like to know, seems to have it for air to ground not a2a
-
I'ld like to see an an-2

rather see more core features/stability from ED than simply more modules already heaps announced from 3rd party devs.

Il2 had better icon and dot system configurable by the server, i myself never had any issues spotting in il2 and you could do it at normal FOV, in DCS it feels pointless even trying at normal FOV. Usually we just had friendly icons only with player name, so comms on a public server wasnt a confusing mess. Thing is i can actually spot targets at really long range, i have much harder time seeing the people closer in, older games systems to account for the limitations of playing through a monitor and that has not changed.
