J-20, the "Mighty Dragon"
Talon Karde replied to EA-18G_BlockII's topic in Flyable/Drivable Mods for DCS World
I have the same problem, and have FC3 installed. So I guess something may ne wrong with the release -
Yes, and I can predict that 2 days after F-15E release a John Doe will make a F-15EX Mod to load 48 AIM-120. SPAMRAAAAAAMMMM!

Cannot believe we are at page 12 of this discussion. I cannot even understand WHY this fu*** discussion appeared one day.

And the topic starts again......

I just can't understand why people want to use Strike Eagle for a mission which IS NOT its mission... Moreover, weaponts anchor points are ON THE CFT ! Want a fighter / bomber? Go for F-16 or F/A-18...
-
I must admit I wasn't interested by The F-15E because I really like nimble fighters as the F-16. But memories of Jane's F-15 made grown my hype

I followed step by step with your screens, all is working! I officially call you God from today Muchas gracias por el tutorial.

Hi, When you do this, where are your Nevada files? Still on G and the command move them. Or your Nevada directory on G is empty and all the files already in C ? Thx !

Talon Karde started following Install/move modules to another drive?

Sorry for digging deep into the forum. I tried this method, it doesn't work with terrain. The game crashes and before crashing several visual bugs like clipping. So idea is great but it is not an answer to the space problem on a SSD.

Yes, you both explain better what I wanted to say. We know how it works but not how it affects exactly radars, distance of effectiveness, etc. Simple noise jamming would be good for older aircrafts. But even for F-16 or F/A-18 I doubt we could simulate correctly. So I'm laughing at the idea Typhoon ECM suite has a chance to be realistic. And before we would have any public data on SPECTRA, humanity will have colonised half of the galaxy
-
BTW, we have no chance to compare both in DCS. Dassault doesn't like to communicate much on its aircrafts. An old M2KC as fyable is already a miracle... And as a lot of people here pointed out, SPECTRA is one of the main strenght of the Rafale. Don't expect any data on it... We know it can focus a jamming in a precise direction in the enemy radar frequency. It can create false contact making think the Rafale is elsewhere. But there is no way Dassault will explain to a module maker how it works, nor any possibility DCS can recreate that. "Classic" ECM is still a joke in the sim (even if ED try to improve it). And even how "classic" ECM should work is still classified...

Hi! I'd like to create missions with this superb A-4. Do you know when it was retired from the Navy? Is Tomcats escorting A-4 a realitic scenario? Thx

Thx, nice peace of information !
