  1. I don't think the issue is coming from the cable or black box. I would suggest to update your Windows, as well as your USB drivers and mb chipset drivers.
  2. Try a powered USB if you have many USB devices plugged at the same time. And make sure the joystick is properly initialized - Default button under Tools tab, Yes for config popup, calibrate.
  3. @KoN Please use the EU store for now. Be advised that you'll have to be logged in and have the address set in UK in order to see the price without VAT. You'll pay the Brexit tax when the product gets delivered.
  4. Unfortunately for you, no; that spring is not adjustable, nor swappable.
  5. @Lenux The factory default springs are there only as holders; you have to add more for stability. Check the guide for proper installation.
  6. That's actually the fastener and you should use it to secure the grip on the base. For the twist lock you have a screw and washer in one of the baggies which should get into the hole at the palm rest level, facing backwards.
  7. Yup, at least for now no device other than the GF base (no matter the version) could be plugged into the Black Box.
  8. Different devices; they'll both have to be plugged to USB independently.
  9. The self-centering switch is metal and has 2 temporary positions, up and down. It reverts to center position if not held. The 3 position flip switch is similar with SEM's, it does not come with spare detents blocks, but it could get the detent block removed and be programmed as an axis.
  10. Unfortunately it's too soon for that. All I could say at this time is that the local vendor is looking into providing drop shipping in order to shorten the wait.
  11. Unfortunately that's how it goes We ship to US directly from China, but we maintain a local warehouse in EU because of local tax. The shipment is on its way though and the local rep is considering to provide drop shipping for EU customers until the main stock arrives.
  12. Nothing unusual, as the device is not in bootloader mode. Follow the steps from here to flash and from here to calibrate afterwards.
  13. RevC extensions will be made available soon in the store. Might provide upgrade kits for them too, but it might take longer and it's not a certain thing at this time.
  14. It depends on your mounts. You could use the small plate to attach the base to it, then the plate to the mounts; or you could install the base directly on the mounts. Base on the mounts with no plate is, of course, smaller footprint. All models come with the desktop plate, but that is just too wide for any mounts. Unfortunately the shipping is included in the package value, so they will tax it.
  15. Full timeline and price list coming in one of the next days.
  16. Unfortunately at this time we don't have the GunFighter base on stock; we're working on a new batch and hopefully you'll find them back in stores soon.
  17. If you're using the axes mode assigned to external view, that specific ministick has the axes programmed as relative by default (they don't return to center). If you want the axes to recenter when not in use, change the Rel setting to Abs in the Mode row in VKBDevCfg, Profile/Axes/Logical Axes panel, then press the Set button under the Action tab to save the changes. It wouldn't hurt to calibrate afterwards.
  18. That seems like a calibration issue. It is strongly recommended to calibrate the joystick through its native software (definitely not through Windows' tools). There's a built in automatic calibration which takes a bit to hold (you have to move the joystick along the range of all its axes, trigger included), but that is lost when the computer is turned off. From what you're saying I believe that you have the MCG Pro grip; if that's the case please run VKBDevCfg, press the Default button under the Tools tab, then do a full calibration, as shown in this guide. If you'll decide to reflash to the latest firmware here's the right guide. Flashing should be followed by pressing the Default button, then calibration.
  19. Let's say you're swapping for a SCG grip, first you're flashing with the new firmware, then calibrate it and that's it.
  20. The factory default springs are more of a holder for shipping rather than a recommended setup.
  21. You could get rid of the nut, it's not needed with the new board.
  22. Please check this test with a NXT, X axis set to 2 and Y axis set to 0.
  23. I tried them both NXT and NXT EVO last night, the deadzone works properly. It's set by default to 3 because of the plastic gimbal, but if you manually set it to 0, then it's 0. We also have a good return policy, no questions asked, so it you'll decide at some point to buy any of our products and they don't work as expected you could return them with no worries.
