No it's not when I start putting in input, it's immediately after I hit fly. Without me doing anything. The helicopter flies up and starts spinning.

As soon as I start the mission and hit fly, the helicopter takes off and start spinning uncontrollable even though my throttle and collective are down.

I would pay full price for an F-14D just throwing it out there lol.
F-4 would be amazing and a day 1 purchase.
I wouldn't buy the Gripen, haven't bought the Viggen.
Not sure about the A-6, will have to see when the time comes.

Before patch 2.5.6 (I think) the cockpit lighting was gorgeous, amazing.
With the update it looked awful in comparison. It went from a beautiful red glow to an Amsterdam brothel in the Red Light District.
I was hoping 2.7 would be a fix in that regard, but it wasn't. Are there any plans to address it?

Would you rather they work on fixes that make your experience better now, or on a trailer that adds nothing to the gameplay, and delay aforementioned fixes?Yeah would be nice. The first post that came in the 2.7 post(which was later edited out) said a 'few' days. And then last Saturday they said again it would be another few days. And now Cobra said they are not comitting to an ETA but that they are targetting the end of next week.
While I appreciate the communication, the repeated in a 'few days' statements make it a little frustrating.

No. Hiding the laser beam was stupid. Has nothing to do with immersion. You have to be able to throw a switch in an instant, not dick around for 3 minutes trying to get the right switch lined up. THAT kills immersion.

So, what to buy now? No idea... I have A-10C, A-10C II, AJS-37, F/A-18C, Flaming Cliffs 3, Fw-190 D-9, KA-50, Mi-8, Mig-21, SA342, UH-1, Nevada, and Persian Gulf. Downloaded the F-16, but it just doesn't quite click. Might get Combined Arms just for fun. I really should just learn what I have, but that isn't the same as a shiny new bird in the digital hangar. What are everyone's thoughts? What are you thinking of getting, if anything? I am just curious. I know this has been discussed ad nauseum, during every sale, but I ask just to hear what you all say. Thanks

Just wanted to say you guys did an amazing job. It looks fantastic. Sure, it needs a little work, but that's why it's in BETA! for a first iteration, marvelous. Loving it.
Only thing I see is my hand controllers aren't functioning properly. I don't have the blue/green pointer lines and the thumbsticks don't turn knobs anymore. Hopefully that can be hot fixed ASAP.
But overall, very pleased. I love how the clouds cast shadows over the land underneath.

5600x 6900xt Red Devil 64 gigs ram. Clouds on ultra in VR G2. works beautifully. Looks amazing. No stutter, nothing.
Only thing I'm missing are my green and blue pointers from my hand controllers.

@-Relax- ..... relax. You can fly just fine at 67 FPS. And that's on the ground where performance takes the biggest hit.

Just keep the wings in auto, unless bombing and unless you're coming into the overhead break.
Don't lower the flaps until you're below 220 kts.
You CAN hit the flap button/switch while the wings are swept, but they won't deploy until the wings sweep forward.
You can manually sweep the wings back, but you can only sweep them forward to where the computer says they should be at your current speed, meaning if you're going 200 kts, you can sweep them fully forward, but if you're going 400 kts, you can't.

Simple. Tomcat.Hello, i tried FC3 and i liked it. A lot.
I wanted to buy some full fidelity module, someting post WW2 but not armed with AMRAAM.
It may be simple it may be complex, it may be AA or AG. I just want it to offer engaging playstyle maybe even difficult and be of high quality (module, not aircraft), without many bugs.
My dad served in Germany in 1980s so something from this period would be great, NATO or Soviet.

My hand controllers are on my lap. When I need to flick a switch, or turn a knob, I'll pick one up, and use it. Just like a real pilot would take their hands off the stick or throttle to do so. It's a lot more intuitive than a mouse because they function as hands.As an aside here, I've never understood how people actually use controllers in flight sims. Your hands are on your HOTAS, right? So, what do you do, fumble around trying to find where you last put down the controllers? I just don't get it. At least with a mouse, it just sits next to my throttle and is very easily located.
I guess there is something I am missing here.

I don't want to use a mouse. I want to use hand controllers. My Rift S doesn't show a crosshair. But the G2 does.Some players do use controllers only. I think you can move throttle and joystick with controllers. I bet they don't do anything more than flying around and explore scenery. Imagine CASE I carrier landing in F14 with just controllers LOL.
OP you need to turn on option "USE MOUSE" in the game settings (VR tab). When it's off the crosshair is fixed to the headset.

I use easy communication but when I contact ATC I don't get a reply. I am completely new to Russian helicopters so when I get into a hot started Hind, do I need to adjust something before the radio works?
