  1. Mate, it doesn't matter. I buy every mod no matter what stage it is in. Support the industry, which is decreasing. Sent from my A0001 using Tapatalk
  2. Congrats, good luck. Can't wait to get my hands on it!
  3. Patched file works fine. Just remember to put it in the right location. C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Mods\aircrafts\Ka-50\Missions\EN\Campaigns
  4. Hi Nate, I have downloaded the file then overwritten my existing with your patched file and still unable to complete the mission. Getting slammed still with ak47s right at the beginning and unable to take off. Is it worth waiting for the proper patch being released? EDIT: I have put the file in the wrong location! Put it in K50 instead of DCS World. For anyone using this file place it in C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Mods\aircrafts\Ka-50\Missions\EN\Campaigns
  5. Oh I feel so stupid! I didn't know it was an existing issue! Sorry!
  6. Hi guys, I have recently purchased BS2 and I absolutely love it! I'm currently stuck on Alarm! (Deployment campaign) mission. I'm not sure if anyone does those campaigns but in the nutshell your base is under attack and you gotta leave ASAP in the middle of the night. This should be quite easy, however right when you spawn you get hammered on the right hand side (AK47s) - which causes engine failure (fire). I tried both auto-start and even doing manual start up of only necessary systems (engines) but by the time you try to start engines its too late. RPM for right engine (where you get hit by AK47s - many times) only go up to 4k RPMs and it drops back to 0. Left engine is fine. Power from left engine is not sufficient to take off. :helpsmilie: I watched a youtube movie, but it appears to be BS1 where guy doesn't even get hit once during the mission. What am I missing here?
  7. Sweet, thats exactly what i have been looking for. Cheers!
  8. Hey, I was wondering (i have just started with BS), had it for a while but never had time to play it. now my exams are over so im back in business. Anyway, i was wondering if there is a file with keyboard control and file for labels that are being displayed when you mouse over some of the controls. Like i said i have just started and normally by the time i click buttons with mouse i crash heh, therefore i wanna learn keybinding so i can remember them. :smilewink: I think the best way would be to add at the end of the label the key used for a specific button. eg. Ground moving target [N] Ps. I already have printed out version of the keyboard with controls, but i think having that ability just to mouse over would do both (teach me where/which button it is and where on keyboard i can press). Cheers :pilotfly:
  9. Update: I have tried it today, and it doesnt seems to be working. There are only two modes. I saw that third one is being added in patch? Where can i download patch from?
  10. Heh, so you are saying that my wingman was overreacting wimp, who just got scared  I hope you are not right
  11. I have been doing a mission last night with one wingman. I have send him to see if there is anything hiding behind the hill  and as i suspected there were enemy behind the hill, my wingman was being attacked by machine guns and one sam, he didnt get hit but he said that he has to abort his order and he rejoined me soon after. Well after he came back he kept on firing flares until he ran out and we were probably about 8km from the enemy. Is that normal? We didn't even have visual on the target. If its normal, then you are welcome to remove this topic. Sorry in advance.
  12. I have same problem, when you go and do training the free-look is in the mode that you can look all around the cockpit and zoomin and click, rather than switching with LALT + C. I went through options many times and i can not find options for it. Is there a mode that will allow me to free-look/zoom and click?
  13. Hey, I know how you feel! I have same problem with trim also with my attack 3 being to sensitive. Trim, I'm slowly experimenting and im slowly getting used to it. My ka50 goes nuts when i don't touch my stick, so what i do i try and straighten it up and while its straight i press trim button and release it when its fully straighten up, and it seems to do the job, i have to do it often but apparently thats how it suppose to be done. Regarding your stick being to sensitive i had some problem i solved it by going to options/controls and then when you click AXIS X and tune you can change settings a bit, i made mine have death thing of 20 and the curve thing (i think the last options) being 20 as well. It makes the like a curve a bit and it makes the stick way easier to operate. Make sure you do it for AXIS X and Y. Maybe someone can tell me how I enter the mode that you are in when you do training. ie. when you have free look AND you can click as well. I can use LALT+C to look around with my mouse, but i have to press it again in order for me to click the buttons inside the cockpit. Any ideas?
