  1. That is similar to I have it setup as well, and it does work, but it would be nice to be able to use to the mouse nub. BTW the cigar: a nice touch of class. lol Makes me want to get into my humidor right now! :)
  2. Woot! That does work and I was able to map the pinkie button as a modifier, so that's a definite plus. But it leads me to another question. Panzertard, I've noticed that you have not been able to map the mouse nub. I checked the axis list in-game and it's a big one: JOY_ARX ARY ARZ ASLIDER1 ASLIDER2 AX AY AZ FRX FRY FRZ FSLIDER1 FSLIDER2 FX FY FZ RX RY RZ SLIDER1 SLIDER2 VRX VRY VSLIDER1 VSLIDER2 VX VY VZ X Y Z Phew! lol So does anyone know why so many appear on an x52 Pro and/or what they are assigned to?
  3. I have checked the mappings and experimented with different ways of inputting the control sequences in SST, but there are still problems. Thanks for the link though, it's an interesting idea and it's definitely worth a shot! :) I'll report back on how it works. The only thing that I don't like about the method is that you lose the mode functions in the x52... :/
  4. Ok, found the problem. It seems that the R-ALT key is sticking when I depress the Release Weapons function I have mapped to my X52 Pro. So I have another new question lol. What is the best way to map key stroke combos (like Space+R-Alt) in Saitek's Profile Editor?
  5. Also, this just started happening either last night or this morning, I can't quite remember. But are there maybe some temp files I could delete that might help?
  6. Hello all! :) I've recently installed the game and I've already had to correct a few bugs, but I haven't found anyone else with this problem. What happens is while I'm in game, usually after firing an ATGM, the control mapping completely changes. I'm using a Saitek X52 Pro and I thought that may be the problem, but then I realized that the keyboard mapping changed as well. I was able to get it to revert to the standard mapping after a little button mashing, but that isn't very scientific, is it? :P And I haven't been able to replicate that. My current setup is as follows: Windows XP 32 bit ATI Radeon x1950 Pro 4 gb RAM (3 gb utilized) AMD Phenom II x3 710 I would appreciate any ideas on fixing this issue, because it's basically a game-crippling issue. :(
