  1. Flying the Ka-50, I got my shkval res set to 512 every frame and then DLSS does its render magic. Idk if im shooting at a tank or an airport
  2. try running the maxfps slider all the way to 300. I found out trying to cap the frames with this makes stuttering

    Vr help

I think in the dcs vr menu. theres a use dcs resolution check box. That should full screen your mirror
  4. run default oculus runtime ODT- scale gpu=OFF, ASW=off, h.264, dis curve=default, Link sharpening=quality SET AND RESTART SERVICE Quest3 set to 1.3x 72Hz Quest3 link screen, make sure air link is switched to off !!!! Run DCS default updater.exe, set DLSS, High textures, Mid visibility, maxfps=300 keep your eye on the cpu processes in task manager, reduce processes by disabling services you dont need (mad performance here) running a 3080 Strix OC 10g butter smooth
  5. I thought it had a belly bubble?
  6. with gunner seats too.
  7. I'm doing this for every VR game Running a C8H,3800x,32g RAM, 3080Strix, 2TB PNY M.2, Quest 3
  8. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w98AMbjdthg
  9. this might be relevant ? I had to buy a usb hub to get the rift s to work correctly. Mobo usb ports not hot enough
  10. here's the same card i got. cheap https://www.ebay.com/itm/PC-GAMING-VIDEO-CARD-VR-READY-EVGA-RTX-2070-SUPER-FTW3-ULTRA-PLUS/133513040211
  11. No, but i did the "Ass to seat ratio" When i look down at the seat in the cockpit i considered my ass width compared to the cockpit seat. default only one of my legs fit in the cockpit seat. Also look at the rudder pedals in the cockpit compared to where your real feet are. default is definitely wrong.
  12. i want a XT  here it is i7-10700k vs. 3700x keep in mind that the i7 has a higher clock
  13. Since I bought a Rift s about 2 months ago its been mostly tinkering with settings and dcs vr optimization videos. In search of the frame rate over clarity. When i went to force my IPD to 62.5 I notice the Default DCS aircraft scale was definitely incorrect. setting FORCE IPD to around 48 is closer to real life. I believe running default scale is causing rendering issues and random lag spikes? Now its butter smooth, even cranked up msaa to x4. THIS VR SETTING IS A MUST! Or u can FORCE IPD to 6 and pretend you're a 6 year old that stole a F-16:megalol: I hope this helps other new Rift s users. What is the distance across the F-14 cockpit? So i can scale more accurately. I want to hold a ruler in front of me. Im also finding out that I'm a better crash pilot than a fighter pilot:pilotfly:
