  1. Cepheus76's post in F-16 track target outside of radar scan azimuth? was marked as the answer
When in Dual Target Track mode, the antenna is driven on regular intervals to the bearing of the target(s) outside the current scan volume. You can see this when monitoring the caret indicating the antenna train angle on the bottom of the radar display. Most of the time it will move between the lines indicating the showing the azimuth, but in regular intervals it moves to the contact bearings tracked in DTT.
I'am not sure, but I think the antenna will then scan only along the bearing to the contact, pretty much like in STT, before returning to the commanded scan azimuth.

Your laser is not firing yet. You need to assign TDC priority to the FLIR page and press the pickle button. Once the laser is firing and the seeker picked it up, the cross on the seeker page will turn into a solid square and the Maverick is good to launch.

You said you're flying the TTI maps, perhaps you have the JTAC UAV lasing a different target. I had a similar issue, albeit with LGBs, and eventually I figured that the bombs were following the UAV's laser. Changing the code then did the trick for me.
