Is part of the George's commands
You have to first open the George's interface, ask him to designate a tgt, then the command TADS Store Target become useful.

In the Mission Grip (front one) is the alternative Cursor Click
In the Fly Grip (back one) interact with the BUCS during emergency, not sure atm but work only in CPG
