Interesting about the pipper there EtherealN, I'd assumed the target pipper would take into account motion of the helo better.

The feeling of being in an ongoing war was superb.

I've found running it once and unplugging the mouse beforehand, then plugging it back in once the game starts cures the problem for me.

I'm a total newb, but I think maybe numpad keys.

One of the 1st things I noticed after taking evasive action at an incoming missile, so frustrating when the missiles actually coming from your target but you don't hit it as you've had to dive into cover.

I get this same error in XP64 Pro with nvidia, bleh! edit : The error log in event viewer told me all I need to know, install sound drivers, doh!

haha nice, this reminds me of a video I once saw of an RC fighter hitting some overhead power lines, the video was kind of blurry and grainy but it was still hilarious when someone posted RIP to the pilot, they were serious aswell :D

Hey all, I guess this is the newbie thread then? I just got Blackshark the other day and also had a X52 delivered today, not played sims in years apart from the odd flight in FSX, I've always yearned for a helo sim and saw some screenshots of this and had to get it. I love it already :D Not sure what to do with all my buttons etc on the X52 yet, and at the moment I'm still playing in easy mode, but I'm aiming at full on settings eventually.
