In SP I can hook up to the cats, but it won't let me launch with the F-14 (haven't tried other jets yet). I can hook up and launch in MP though. I've tried using both the radio menu "salute" command and the left ctrl + U. And I just sit there, no launchy launch. Is there something different I need to do?/

I see some people are not happy about not hearing a release date. You already have one. They said March 21st, 2019. Being mad because "you haven't heard anything more" is quite immature. If March 21st comes and goes and then there's still no release. THEN you can get upset.

The very line in your post that says "...(more accurately if we want to) release" really bothers me. You say when, but then emphasize MORE ACCURATELY IF WE WANT TO This really bothers me and I know question pre-purchasing the module. I half-way want my money back now. I read that line a few times to make sure I'm not mis-reading it, but I don't know any other way to interpret "if we want to". Maybe clarify that for me?

So, you're wanting a rule that prevents ANY AI spot? You want pure Human VS Human? I think I know where you're coming from. I think just setup a rule in your server that if you take-off with with RIO AI you get kicked. With all the scripts and rules some other servers run, I'm sure it's do-able.

You are correct that initially the Tomcat wasn't designed for air to ground. When the navy retired the A-6 though, that changed. Changes were made to the B model for A-G sorties.

I was wondering if there is a different control scheme from the pilot seat vs back seat? Is it one control scheme for the whole A/C or does it change when you swap seats?

Why the fascination of the F14D? Other than TARPS, what else could it do? I always thought it could carry the AMRAAM, but I was never sure. What difference did it make between the F14B+ and the D? I'm not sure there's that much difference.

TER's were only ever used for special equipment or ordnance such as BDU-33's. TALD's were also put on TER's. There's also a parachute flare (forgot the designation) on a TER we loaded for AIM9 shoots. Never a MK80 series/GBU or JDAM series.

As an aviation ordnance assigned to VF-11 from 98-01 I can tell you max of four bombs was FOUR. Period. EXCEPT: GBU24s. Two of those due to size they took up on the belly. The introduction on the video from heatblur is an eyesore to me because the amount of bombs seen on the belly was never used in the fleet. I don't even know how the weapons rail would be configured for that. Testing? Maybe. As far as NATOPS. I doubt you'll ever see it. If memory serves it was confidential and dubbed "not to be duplicated". I don't miss loading GBU24s. You had to lower the weapons rail to that and crank that thing back up. It was a heavy bomb and would wear you out cranking that thing back up. Dare I say anything though? Not until I saw this post. When I mentioned something on the Facebook page when they announced it on the DCS A-10 page I was met with nothing but hateful and "I have no idea what I'm talking about comments". Even DCS A-10 gave me a nasty look. Some PR. and STILL no reply when I asked them about that. Anyways, that's my firsthand experience. The F14 carpet bomber never existed in my experience. But what do I know?

So I'm watching youtube videos and I come across one where this one video had quite a bit of modded a/c on his list. (Forgot the youtuber's name). Anyway....I know on the forums there's some aircraft here and there, but is there not a solid list somewhere? I know on the user downloads there are some, but not a lot. Is there anyone on here who has a list of a/c they have downloaded where you get them from? Or other websites that host a lot of a/c mods for DCS?

Why is this STILL an issue? I keep getting a message from paypal, "Returned an error, try a different card" ....seriously?

What frequency to talk to wingmen? I know ATC and AWACS...no problems there.

Maybe I'm missing something with these planes, but when I'm in them...I can't look around. TrackIR will not respond. (Works in other non-mod a/c). I don't know if it's a bug or I'm doing something wrong. I just copy the a/c to the mods folder.
