I have uninstalled/reinstalled DCS no less than 4 times and I am unable to figure out how to make DCS go full screen from this. Can anyone assist me please?

Good day everyone..I scrolled a bit before posting this, and did not see anything addressing the issue I'm having, so please excuse me in advance if this is a known issue. Earlier today, I was trying to adjust (i.e. increase) the games screen size to fill out my monitor, and clearly screwed something up. This is how my screen looks as I type this.. (see image) I am now completely unable to access the settings button you would typically see, in an attempt to correct my mistake. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times today, to no avail. I've also attempted to adjust, by going into Windows and am also unsuccessful there as well.
