  1. In the first post in this thread you have 2 videos. 2nd one shows an "easy way".
  2. Strange, but problem is not reproducible when you replay recorded track. However I have 200mb video that does show the issue. Here is the video: https://we.tl/t-ZSf7Conxaj I have HDG hold set, and turning on AUTO ROUTE. When heli becomes unstable check the top hud & the waypoint diamond. It changes its relative position when heli turns, it seems that autopilot wiggles, because it is following this waypoint diamong that has an error and is changing its position.
  3. Just found this topic and tried it. First attempt with global preset changes made no difference, however when I tried an "easy way" the effect was applied properly. And it is impressive indeed . The image is sharper, the game somehow runs smoother. I had 22,5fps using motion reprojection with openxr before. Now I have same fps, but the overall impression is like the game runs around stable 30`s. I recommend anyone to at least give it a try. It did the job for me.
  4. Hey @Hobel I have so called "HDG HOLD - is not accurate as before. Heli breaks left or right but doesn't hold the correct heading (not ok)" reproduced. 1. Start "Convoy Hunt" Mission (in VR in my case) 2. Turn on flight director & take off (fly towards 1st WP) 3. Turn off FD & turn on Auto Route (Autopilot) Effect: the heli`s heading on HUD is updated with 5-10s delay, which results in constant correction of heading via autopilot (automatic & constant turning to countereffect the delay of heading on HUD). I think the proper (real) heading is displayed on ABRIS map - this is where we can see a difference between HUD.
  5. If you have intel CPU check if you have ingame CPU frequency as it should be. I had some strange setup with my powerplan & intel turbo boost settings and my CPU was locked to 3,6ghz instead of 5ghz. I dont remember what specifically I did (3 months ago) but it improved game a lot in my case.
  6. Hey, after hundreds of hours playing dcs with my hp reverb my head strap got broken. I tried to RMA to HP EMCA division, but it was rejected as its a mechanical damage. I`ve also asked for a paid service to repair this thing, but they told they are not able to fix this (!?) and only option for me is to buy a new headset! Nice huh? So after googling I found solution on IL-2 sturmovik forums. Hope it will help someone. Below you can find pictures of my headset - before & after fix. I can confirm - it works better than original. https://forum.il2sturmovik.com/topic/61084-hp-reverb-plastic-strap-on-the-side-broken-solution/
  7. Hey, I hit this issue today while learning new MI-8. Yesterday I`ve configured Mode1,Mode2, and Mode3 switches as pilot seat changer. These were detected by DCS as JOY_BTN_34, 35 & 36.This morning it stopped working, so I got here. Your suggestion worked only for single mode change, as if I tried to configure other mode changes as "no button" option it was blocked by logitech editor as already used option. So I found another way to do this. When I opened logitech profile file (.pr0) following section appeared for Mode1 configured as "no button". We can clearly see that Mode2 & Mode3 have some nested selectionset & buttoncombo objects. I just removed them using text editor and functionality works as it should for all 3 buttons: It seems like it gets broken each time when I open the file in Logitech editor and naviate to mode editor. Hope it will help someone!
  8. Hey, I`m experiencing similar symptoms you`ve described with my HP Reverb v2. From what I noticed it happens when I set up my chair in particular position, where head tracking cameras may have problems with position detection due to some black cupboards in the background. When I changed the seat placement to provide more room details that could be recognized by the camera then issue dissapeared, and even the experience was more immersive (probably due to more accurate head movement reflection in the game & faster response). Maybe this is your problem, who knows.
  9. !!!This is a game changer!!! Previously even with motionvector I had drops below 45fps, and while reaching 45fps (asw on) i was experiencing some kind of a micro-lags that were destroying the feeling of smoothness. Now its gone, immersion is incomparable.
  10. I just wanted to raise exactly same issues described by college above. I have HP Reverb Pro V2, WMR & Steam VR both in beta versions. (Also need to say that the new cockpit is marvellous :))
