  1. This problem had not been solved yet. Units don't disperse. Please fix. Thank you.
  2. Finally moved to Missions. Started with Hideout. In some point i need to contact Wizard (confirm contact) but F7 option is unavailable. Respectively it is available, but pushing F7 does not bring up sub menu so that I can answer. I have an easy comm option selected. Previous contacts with ATC and Wingman were successful. Any ideas?
  3. MadDog's procedure works perfectly. Kudos and rep to MadDog-IC. Edit: Sorry got the message "You can't add reputation...". WTF?
  4. When you sort out joystick layout i'd recommend to learn how to fly Su-25T from tutorials posted on YouTube by Robert Sogomonian (Psyrixx's YouTube name?). So far there are 4 tutorials. Very well done. Educative, competent and yet simple. Hope Mr.Sogomonian will continue and release more.
  5. Game typically assigns incorrect axis/buttons. First thing to do is make sure you select correct simulator. If you play su-25t, it sbould be SU-25T Sim (not game or arcade). Second thing to do is go to Axis and set all relevant axis. Not too many of them. 2 for joystick, 1 for throttle and 1 or 2 for rudder. Thats your basic. Now you can assign the rest of buttons. But final layout depends on your intentions and skills. You will go back often and re assign. Good luck. Finally, take all i said with grain of salt. Everybody's layout/design is slightly different. G940 is very good joystick with lots of buttons. However i use also G13 gamepad and old Saitek joystick to have access to more buttons. Edit: there is only Su-25T in controls. Not Sim or Game.
  6. To Crypstik: you did not get my point obviously. Please try think a bit harder and out of box, if you'd like. What makes you think that DCS World is free? It's investment with realistic future gain. Its actually very good marketing incentive.
  7. Good stuff is never free. Maple Flag missions are worth every penny. But of course i do respect other opinion from people who already had designed some missions/campaigns.
  8. The video was is just absolutely amazing. I do respect user paulrkiii but watching Retick's video I learned so much. I don't think it was done to amazed veterans. It was done for us, guys sitting whole day somewhere in office and scrambling minutes to play DCS in the night. And these videos saved me so much time. Thank you Rettick and Jetliner again and should you still have some to share, please do.
  9. Welcome on the forum. Hope some of veteran simmers will provide the right answer. Many happy hours with this remarkable piece of software.
  10. Thank you Cichlidfan. Did not think that keyboard shortcuts can be edited in the game. So now it's easy. I just managed to double my other devices button assignments by exporting HTML of existing settings. Well, let's start again. I found recent post regarding to this problem. By the way I love that G13.
  11. Hi Drippy, what keypad are you using for UFC? I just bought Logitech G13, but it is not recognized by game, so I have to map keys with Logitech profiler. The problem is that UFC keys don't have Keyboard keystrokes, thus can't be used in G13 profiler. Could you please share if you know how to bind UFC keys to G13?
  12. Buying all modules you are interested in from DCS is absolutely correct. If you did not do that already, download please module for A-10C. Should be like 350 Mb. Install and start flying. Besides Track ir you need Hotas. Depends what type you are going to get, look for setup. It will take time and a lot of effort to set it up to your preferences anyway. I'd recommend to start with training missions. Make sure you have the newest versions, since those you had downloaded could be obsoleted. Should you feel comfortable with handling your aircraft, I'd recommend to download Qualification campaigns developed by user Sabre-TLA. These are not training missions, but rather qualification missions, so you need to be familiar with how to manage the plane. It really is worst to have a look. So welcome and have a lot of happy hours behind Hotas. Last recommendation, don't hesitate to ask, but always search for answer first in older posts, since everything has had already happened to someone else. Good luck.
