It's not the nose wheel that is moving it is actually you, when you realize that it will be easier.
Jokes on the side to easily straighten the nose wheel you just need to lift it of the ground it will snap back and straighten

Everything is x100 and is in liters
You use most outer scale when reading total fuel (0-25)
Tanks 1 and 2 scale in the middle (0-5)
Tanks 4+5 are read from inner scale (0-10)
Edit: of course you need to select desired tank/s first with tank selector

On the sight itself (left side) you have two switches set upper one to Sync and bottom one to Auto
Now you should see where operator is pointing his targeting/observation sight

Click on Profile -> Edit/Delete there you will have Steam account tab and "Get licenses" button after it finds Hind you will have to press "Transfer licenses"
