Thanks for the update, it all looks so good. One thing that still stands out to me though, is the color values of the trees and grass. I feel like it all needs maybe a little more blue and really only about 70% saturation.

This is looking really really good. It's great to see the new tools in action. So many object scattered in the fields, the small details in the cities and the textures/shaders are looking yummy. Can't wait to get my hands on this.

Looking forward to Normandy 2, but I do have a wishlist item. This may be way out of scope, but having a European theatre would really be something. Imagine the amount of historical accurate missions we could play once we have more playable WW2 aircraft.

Looking really really good, Fragger! If I'm going to be nitpicking I'd say the cheekbones look a little undefined, but it may be the angle of the screenshots. Can't wait to get my hands on this beaut!

This is not a bug, but rather an aesthetic thing. The touch down skid marks on the runway at Andersen are floating above the runway, which is kind of weird looking in VR. It may also be present on other runways in the map, but I just noticed this on 6R.

'External View Cockpit Sounds and Radio Messages' disabled doesn't seem to have an effect. I can still hear the cockpit sounds in external views, which includes AVI track renders (in this case the new awesome PNG sequence render) Example. This video was recorded using the AVI recorder with the 'External View Cockpit Sounds and Radio Messages' option disabled. You can hear Betty when I'm pulling high RPMs at 0:30 and 1:15.

The_Fragger, you are a genious!! As a 3D/VFX monsieur myself, this stuff is next level. The B105 is going to be an instant buy for me, just judging from all the eye candy you're posting here.

This is purely for aesthetics and of course not a priority. But I would really love to see a big impact mushroom-ish cloud when an aircraft impacts the ground. It would look amazing from the ground to see an aircraft disappear behind the trees, hear a vague impact sound and then see the initial impact's cloud rise to a thousand feet to confirm your suspicions. Maybe even a thickness scalar based on the amount of fuel that was left on board. I spend most of my time crashing, so it would really enhance my experience, lol.

I kind of wanted some visual indication myself. It would be immersive to see some gore to a certain extend to indicate that either Patty or the pilot has been critically hit. Both in first person as well as third person. It would also be a great indication for anyone observing other players.

I rarely had VRS occur in the Hind. Maybe because the Hip has been a merciless trainer. Of course, once you get too comfortable with it is when you start making mistakes Not sure if it is modeled differently, but it feels less prone to it.

I find it best to turn off the damper when taxiing. So much more direct control. It prevents me from swerving all over the runway because of the slow response.
