  1. Hi BIGNEWY, Thanks for taking an interest in this situation. I don't know if I am the only one that is having this problem since no one has been mention it. I did checked all the settings in DCS main menu that you asked me to, and there are all set to English in the AVIONICs option, MISC option and the SPECIAL section. This is only happening in the DCS Open Beta (not affect in regular DCS World). In the DCS Open Beta Special Section all the Default English as well as the Third party English options when selected is this happening to. I also noticed that the Front Panel for the Targeting System and also the Right Side CB Panel is also in Russian as well. The rest of the cockpit is in English. Included is what I am talking about. I will try to download the Front Targeting Panel and the Right Side CB Panel too.
  2. I don't know If this has been mention before, but if it has please forgive me. I noticed when running the latest beta version DCS 2.7.6.13133 Open Beta that my Electrical Panel is in Russian rather than English.
  3. Hopefully that includes having the Windsock placed on each end of the runway for visually seeing the wind on all airfields! I believe it should have been already placed as you bring up the ME.
  4. Well, it works Devrim. I updated the Mi-8 to 1.2.6.19532.290-284 and your Black Cockpit Mod worked! Baffled the heck out of me. However, I did take a lot of your all's advise. Like the Video driver, WinRAR and so forth. Thanks to you all. Motorpsyhco
  5. Hey Skull, Yes. Devrim, I didn't move your zip file into texture folder and I didn't change the original texture file either. I did do what you suggested me to do. I am just as perplex as you...uhm? You know, you might be right. I did upgrade my video card driver a couple of week ago, and I know that it was messing up some other programs that I was having issues with. I try it and see. Thanks I did use the .ZIP files to open it, but I haven't copied the Devrim files into a new directory on my desktop like you suggest. I'll do that if going back to my non latest Video driver and see if that works, if not I do what you suggest Flagrum, Man, you guys are awesome1 I just want to thank you all for giving me some help here.   7. Oh no, I am sorry if it sounds like it, but I didn't take what you said was bad or insulting. I didn't mean for you to take it that way at all Devrim. It's just my computer skills are good enough for me to get myself into trouble (ha! ha! ha!). That is why I am so grateful that you and the rest of the people in this forum are fantastic. You all have great patients and to offer your knowledge, experience and expertise to us, to me that is priceless! Thanks! Basically, if I am not mistaken, I copied and put in your files (from the English Cockpit Mod) and replace them (overwrite them) with the original "MI8MTV-STND_TEXTURES" files...correct? Motorpsyhco
  8. Hi Devrim, If you mean the original "MI8MTV-STND_TEXTURES" folder inside dcs world, then yes I do. I back it up like you advised. But like I said, when I put the English Cockpit Mod in, it turns the whole cockpit black, however when I replaced and put in the original "MI8MTV-STND_TEXTURES" folder back in, it returns back to normal but only with the original Russian Cockpit. Devrim, You are right. I've have done this lots of time with your Mods including this one (before the 126. update 2), and I had no problems with it. I am not sure if it's because of the new update 2. Is anyone else having this problem that you are aware of with your English Cockpit Mod? I am just as complex as you are. I'll try to remember to send you a picture of it. Motorpsyhco
  9. Devrim, Thanks for your quick response, but I still have the same problem. It turns the front, top and sides of the cockpit completely black with no... images, switches, dials, gauges or instruments showing, except for the back wall of the cockpit and the windows. It's funny, because it worked perfectly before the new update 2. Let me know what other information I need to give you, so you could help me out. Motorpsyhco
  10. Hi Devrim, I am having a little problem with your English Mod (from your earliest to the latest V1.3). I have the latest update 1.2.6.18933.283-283 It seems that when I place your mod in the MI8MTV-STND-TEXTURES folder and start up the Mi-8 Helo, the cockpit is all blacked out. There is no instruments, switches, lights or letterings. As a matter of fact the seats are dark and the only thing that is not dark is the back panel. However the aircraft from the outside is good. If I restore the MI8MTV-STND-TEXTURES original folder the cockpit is back to normal but it is all in Russian text. Any help would be grateful. Motorpsyhco

  13. Ticket #20163 It's been almost 6 months and I have not received any of my money back from YOUR transaction center of when I double purchase an Item because your system didn't take it right.   21. I don't know if this is the proper place and if not I do apologize, but I don't really now any where else to go. Here is my dilemma, I ordered the P-51D and the Blackshark 2 upgrade back in March when you had your sale going on. This was on March 21, 2013. When I ordered your products it stated that it didn't go through. So I order it again, and it gave me the same information. After being frustrated I went to check my email and notice that my order went through, but it ordered twice, due to what was mention from above. I went to your user support section and filled out a ticket but haven't heard anything, and it said that I should get a response within 48 hours, but haven't heard nothing. I waited a couple of weeks thinking that you all must be pretty busy due to the sale. Last week April 4th, 2013 I updated my ticket and still haven't heard anything. So, now I am here at the forum, hopefully I get some response. Once again forgive me for being here but I had nowhere else to go. If I could get some direction and help that would be appreciated. I am sorry that I am bring this up and has been questioned before, but I am a little confuse and perplex, because I've been reading the threads and saw some info on installing and upgrading patches, but I just don't understand how to do it. For example: I went to DCS home page and found the latest patch which is A-10C_patch_en_1.1.1.1-1.bin which is 1.78gb and then there is another patch A-10C_patch_en_1.1.1.1.exe which that is 1.27mb. After I downloaded both the 1.78gb and the 1.27mb files then put them in a folder, I ran the one that is the 1.27mb .exe filed. After it went through all the opening of the program to install it, it error out and then told me that it could not find the A-10C_patch_en_1.1.1.1-1.bin file. After reading the info on how to run this patch: "INSTALLATION Procedures: Double-click to A-10C_patch_en_1.1.1.1.exe file to start the installer. It is recommended to turn off anti-virus and security software because they can slow the installation process considerably. If you have problems after installing the patch (like slow frame rate or crashes), please do a full re-installation. To do so: 1. Uninstall A-10C 2. For Windows 7 users, look in your /Users/(name)/Saved Games/ and delete the DCS Warthog folder. 3. Reboot 4. Defrag the drive that A-10C will be installed to 5. Install 1.1.1.1 full version 6. Reboot" Now, is this patched the full version? Do I run this on top of the 1.1.1.09 version? Do I need to uninstall the 1.1.1.09 version which is my original CD of the A-10C game? Do you see where I am coming from? I guess I don't understand it. I am a little concern because I didn't want to uninstall the A-10C game 1.1.1.09 version) and risk lowering my number of reinstallation my A-10C game. I already had to reinstall it once and I have 9 attempts left. . Could anybody help me on this? Thanks, Motorpsyhco
  23. I don't know if this has been answered before and if so I apologized. I want to find out if anyone is using Freetracker with BS? If so, then how do you install it and how to use it? I've seen some instructions on installing it on the A10 64 bit but, not for the BlackShark. Any info would be gratefull. Thanks
