The one i'm talking about in this thread was #167720.
  2. Brand new and unused. I just received them yesterday. All I did was take them from the box and look at them out of curiosity. Beautiful pedals and very smooth. This is what I bought: https://mfg-sim.com/en/rudders/57-mfg-crosswind-v3-graphite.html With shipping and charges they cost me $390. I could send them back for a refund but shipping would be $200 from my town because we don't have DHL here. Fedex is expensive going to Croatia. How about $275 and shipping is on the buyer. US only and I live in Colorado. Closer to me the cheaper the shipping. It's not a big box and not heavy. About 12 lbs.
  3. A better place to post this. https://forum.dcs.world/forum/1035-fa-18c-raven-one-dominant-fury-campaign/
  4. If I want to see the speed. I hit F3. Sounds good too.
  5. Thank you. I appreciate the offer but I already bought it. It's the thought that counts, so thanks again.
  6. That's what you have to do for the A-10C II. If you're using the A-10C you can just use this mod. Just drop it in the DCS folder. https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3311809/
  7. Go here. Eagle Dynamics/DCS World Open Beta/Mods/aircraft/A-10C_2/cockpit/scripts/HUD/Indicator/HUD_init Now, cut and paste the HUD_init file to your desktop. Double click the HUD_init file and scroll all the way to the bottom. You'll see a line day color {0, 255/255, 0, 255/255} Change it to {0, 0, 0, 255/255} Save it and cut/paste the HUD_init file back into the Indicator folder. One more thing when you're doing this. When it asks you if you want to continue. Click the continue button. When it the cockpit. You're need to brighten up the black font with the iten rocker switch.
  8. Everybody should see the change to the green font if it's like what I had. Nobody has said they do, so I guess it only happened to me. I have no idea why. Even a clean new install and I get the new result. I made it quite clear before the black font was mentioned Jay. I hadn't installed the black font when I started this thread. Stop looking for something that wasn't there.
  9. What must it be like to be in a tank with 30mm rounds hitting it? It doesn't sound like anything I want to experience.
  10. Clarify that my install was default?
  11. I hadn't installed the black font when I discovered the default font at full brightness on entering the cockpit. As a matter of fact is was a new install of DCS and all that was installed was the A-10C II with no mods. So, there was nothing to clarify.
  12. It's not something I need to repair for the default green. I don't have to turn it up now. Except, I use black font and do need to turn that up but it's not as bright now. So, win one and lose one. bofhlusr see's the same change I do in the black font. He didn't mention the green font. Not worth spending anymore time on this. I thought it was good they adjusted the green font on startup but it seems it only happens for me. ??
  13. We get different results. Before it was so dim I could barely read the font before turning it up. Now, I can attempt to turn it up but nothing happens. It's all the way up. Maybe different computer systems will show it different?
  14. I just installed A-10C and the HUD brightness is unchanged. I still need to turn it up to get full brightness. So, the only thing changed (for me) is A-10C II with default green font. It's already set at full brightness all the time. I'm not sure why but there it is.
  15. Yurgon...............Here's that post by Baltic. Last post by him in this thread.
  16. He showed before and after the patch for the black font. The top picture showing the black font before and after turning the brightness up. That's how it looks now after the patch. The bottom picture is how it looked before the patch. I use the black font too and get the same results. It upsets me that the black font changed. It also isn't at full bright when entering the cockpit. The default green font hasn't changed the way it looks at full bright but it doesn't need to be turned up in brightness when entering the cockpit. The reason I see the green font is because I did a new install and hadn't changed the green to black font yet. So, we have two situations that both changed since the patch.
  17. I hope you're right. I started to think about it when I read Baltic say he had to redo a campaign because the radios got changed.
  18. That was really interesting. I love watching real pilots fly in DCS. He's using a head tracker but I don't see anything. What is he using?
  19. The only plane I built as a kid was a P-51. Makes sense since I was born at the beginning of WW2.
  20. Very complete post. I'm left with no questions. I'll wait and see if it helps anything. I don't have a fps problem but anything else gained is appreciated. Thanks.
  21. When we get the new radio. Will it mess up all the campaigns and missions made for the old radios?
  22. No, I would never do that. It only took a few seconds to turn it up when entering the cockpit. Nothing to turn up now. It's at full bright. I remember guys complaining the HUD wasn't bright enough in the past. They were surprised it could be made brighter with the item rocker. So, I know i'm not alone on this. Your HUD is always at full bright?
