Hi, In the Ka-50 III, with all options set to Russian/native, the Almaz voice warning system stays in English ('watch ekran'). The rest of the comms are in Russian. I checked in previous BS 2 version, Almaz is in Russian ('smotri ekran'). Thanks Seb

Hello, DCS OB loads, when I select MP Server it crashes and reboots my computer, no kidding. I've tried three times and got the same result every time. No idea what's happening or why, it's getting a bit silly trying to use OB at all with all the regular malfunctions. Any ideas welcome, cheers.

Several friends and I ran a DCS Liberation mission tonight in our F-16s. We're still learning the Viper, but we have moderate experience using Mk 82 Snakeyes in the AV-8B and F-14A. To our surprise, all of our Snakeyes were dropping long in this mission. It really messed up our attacks, and I promised to look into it. I reflew a test mission I have and CCIP Snakeyes seemed to work fine in low-level level deliveries. Then I refired up our Liberation mission and just ran passes at Carpiquet airfield to show the problem. Please see the attached TacView track. I'm crossing the runway from alternating directions and hitting pickle with the "death dot" on the runway. Every time (5 in this track) the Snakeye falls long and impacts well beyond the target. This is exactly the behavior we were seeing in the mission as well. Is this a bug? Is there something else happening with wind, FCR, etc that can be addressed by pilots to restore accuracy? cannot reproduce HMD randomly shuts off in Multiplayer only

HMD for the Viper just randomly decides to turn off, this has only happened to me in multiplayer, single player works fine. happened 4/5 times. 3 times in Growling sidewinders server, a 4th time in a random guns only server, didn't happen the 5th time in the server the squadron I'm in plays on. -
cannot reproduce Air to ground weapons not exploding on impact

Recently (in the past week or two) I have been having issues with air to ground missile warheads not exploding on impact (AGM Mavericks and JSOW) with the F16C Viper. I have been following multiple tutorials down to the last button press to ensure I am not missing anything, something that was mentioned in a Discord server is the "EFUZ" or other types of fuses however I cannot find anywhere that this is a technical aspect of the F16 being required. To summarise, JSOW and AGM Mavericks are being launched after acquiring a lock and flying to target and just denting it with no visible damage or explosion, just a puff of some smoke and sparks. -
I put down a ship group consisting of an LS Ropucha Class and Corvette Molniya, in the unit options i set ROE to defend only and i set Alarm State to "Green". In mission it works as expected: Radar is off and ships do not engage by themselfes. However, if i make the group activate by trigger with "late activation" option, the group will ignore both settings. For testing i also remade those options as planned/scripted actions and fired both via "ai push task" a few seconds after the activation trigger. Still the group ignores both the alarm state and ROE options.

cannot reproduce displays and lack of sharp ness in the font

hello . im new to dcs and am looking for some advice . i have the f18 and when looking at the left ,right and lower displays (DDI AND MAP) unless i zoom in close they are always blurry and the lettering /numbers are fuzzy . i've tried all my settings on the computer with no luck and i've tried several MODS with no luck . any advice would be appreciated . i am coming over from flying the VRS F18 E in FSX and those displays are clear and crisp. thanks. -
Turn the dial, Srs volume stays the same. Volume works for other planes.

The mission does not allow the aircraft to start up, either manually or via auto startup. When start 2 is selected, the engine spools up to 20%, but after that nothing else. The JFS light does not go off, and moving the throttle to idle out slightly beyond idle, does not start in the engine. For info, my throttle quadrant has the idle switch set up for idle, and the off switch for engine off. also note that during auto start up I have the throttle on idle. The auto start moves it to off, and to idle when needed.

Configured without tgp. No manipulation of spi. Selected steerpoint showed the dashed box around it which looked like the tgp fov symbology despite not carrying a tgp.

I just so happened to get a recording post mission with some friends after landing and rearming from a2a to a2g. I noticed my bomb line in ccip is either sideways, going upwards, or straight ahead in my hud...mission date is in 1992 and ins knob is in ifa. I'm not sure what happened but bombing the target was impossible due to the fact the fall line was every way but down..also wind set 5knts for mission out of the west

I just had a weird thing with HMD on an MP server. It would always turn on with 'IN TEST' message followed by alternating grids/triangles etc. going on and on without stopping. I landed, did a full shutdown and startup, the issue did not fix itself. I could not find anything in BIT or HMD screens to stop that. And I did not want to respawn or restart DCS for not to lose my scores. This was the first time it ever happened, not sure how to replicate it. But it was annoying. What was that?

Hello, System specs: I5-7300HQ CPU @ 2.50 GHZ GTX1050TI 4GB Memory 64GB 1Tb SSD + 1Tb HDD MAP: Nevada MAP (happens on every MAP) The mission is a custom build one, a flight starting in the air that has for objective to strike a container on a target range. Track File: https://mega.nz/file/JxRxBQzb#ZFaav6JHNAVI7n8r67HbbU3ljSGvWHOsitGm7CTsUB8 Issue: When pressing the first trigger detent in order to fire the laser, the airplane is not responding as well as it normally does. Usually after dropping the bomb i make a left/right turn to offset from the attack axis while watching the time countdown on my TGP, when at 12 seconds i press the first trigger detent and the airplane immediately feels heavy and the roll rate is reduced and like i mentionned earlier it feels very heavy. I cross checked my keyfiles to see if something was wrong in that area, but i couldn't find anything.

In contrast to the title, I'm actually more looking into the elevator trim sensitivity, with a control sensitivity question as a follow-on While test-flying the Mossie today/tonight I noticed that it was really difficult, nigh impossible to trim the aircraft for "hands-off" or even close to hand off flying. Just the gentlest touch of my trim hat to trim the nose down would send the nose into a 3-500'/m dive. It's like the "notches" are too large and cause too dramatic of a movement. I know that an aircraft in flight is constantly entering different conditions that would force the pilot to adjust the trim if he wants to be hands off, but I can even get the spitfire to fly reasonably straight and level for long enough to get a glass of water or check the map. Typically I can wiggle the stick a little to catch up but here's where the follow-on comes into play. I know those are some awful big control surfaces, but was the Mosquito really this sensitive to fly? I'm on a TM Warthog on a 20cm extension and I'm using MFG Xwind pedals and this is the first aircraft where I've had to introduce curves. As soon as my stick left the center detent the whole aircraft would leap in whatever direction I moved the stick. Holy cow! I'm not sure this is a bug at all, I'm not opposed to adding curves even though I haven't for any other bird because of my setup. The biggest gripe for me thus far has to be the elevator trim, and wishing it was just a little "finer" on the notches so I can let go of the stick long enough for my Navigator to collect himself [actually, on re-reading this and collecting my thoughts, it appears the entire elevator system is just off-the-wall bonkers, for me anyway, I've had no qualms or gripes about the rudder or ailerons, trims or usage]

Hi guys, Like the title say i have a problem with the com menu. It work perfectly fine on solo, but every time i try to contact the ground crew on a multiplayer server, my COMM button didn't seem to work, and i can't prime the engine. PS: if you ask, yes my left window is open. thanks for helping

At around 08:02 ingame time I use the step function on the sa page and select the tanker as "target". It multiple times resets to other aircraft without being commanded to. bugflight.trk

cannot reproduce Search light not working in mission editor

I have followed the two video below but they are either out of date or something has been removed form the editor. I can no longer find "Unit AD Searchlight on", "Third Reich" does not show in the editor list anymore as a country, and when loaded from a template, it is white, not red or blue power. Flak Search Light 32 is not in the unit search anymore, I saw SL******32 but I cannot get it to activate with a trigger when being used as a red country. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Trying to add spotlights to a mission on the channel map. I have posted the two videos below to show how they were setting up triggers but cannot find any updated info on how to use them in the editor. I know the videos below are a little older. -
When jumping in to a ground started aircraft the right fuel selector is off. If not reset quickly the engine will cut out. Running latest DCS update. I noticed this last night in one of my squadron multiplayer missions... was the same for every aircraft. Not tested in single player, will try later. Apologies if already reported but can't see this anywhere.
