correct as is RLWR Not Dispensing Programmed Chaff?

I had assumed this was just a training issue, but all the obvious stuff people told me to do has not seemed to have an effect. I checked RLWR was enabled. I have chaff armed. I have chaff set to program. I setup a test miz with a single SA-8. I am never seeing chaff automatically dispensed when a radar missile is launched at me. Am I missing something else? Got problem for the both Ka-50 and Ka-50 III 's APU-6 “Vikhr” (AT-9) Launcher, after the 9А4172 Vikhr (AT-9) Missile was launched off from the launcher, both Ka-50 and Ka-50 III 's APU-6 “Vikhr” (AT-9) Launcher was remained with filled 9А4172 Vikhr (AT-9) Missile. I had tested the S-80M rockets, the rocket pod show empty slots after the rocket was launched off.

Hey, Following the discussion in the thread, decided to test this out. DCS 2.9.0.47168 Open Beta. Per the discussion, using JHMCS and DTOS, the second TMS up after ground-stabilizing the TD moves the TD to the location JHMCS is looking at the moment you press TMS up for the second time. Also steerpoint/steering indications in HUD are moved. Seems like STPT 1 (or maybe the currently selected steerpoint (EDIT: see next post) is set at the TD and STPT 2 indication might be just offset from that the same amount the original STPT 2 was from the original STPT 1. Hey, I've looked a bit and couldn't find a recent thread on that topic with a solution, so here goes. Context: I have an issue with the Hornet, after aligning with a stored alignment on the ground and turning the knob to IFA when the alignment reaches 0.5, the alignment process starts again and doesn't seem to stop. It prevents using the Auto option on the flight plan for instance. This happens on a private server in multiplayer, on Sinai. Repro: -Battery On, APU On -Start one engine -Turn on screens -INS knob to GND, tick stored heading -Wait for alignment to reach 0.5 -Turn knob to IFA Observed: -IFA RDR displayed on MCPD and alignment process started again -Cannot use Auto flight plan Expected: -IFA should not realign Attached is the track file. in a recent update, the SAM S-300 was updated, but the models presented are noticeably worse than the models presented earlier The wheels have triangular shapes.The cockpit of the launchers and the Command Post is poorly modeled. However, the same cabin is modeled very well on tractors and on the illumination and guidance radar

Last patch 2.9.1.4 Exterior Lighting on Hornet no longer works if the jet is on cold start. Hot start is fine. Video is from a campaign which was working fine before patch. Notice the other AI jets also have no lights. Dcs 2023-11-17 21-42-35.mkv

Twice now I've turned in to a near hover to engage targets using Rockets . This has Twice caused loss of engine power and a downward spiral into the ground . = Death . The First time was on a take off and use of Rockets on moving targets and the second time on was again on take off while engaging targets . Both times loosing power and engine failed. Is this a Bug . ??? or real life simulation .

Anyone else noticing issues with the Apache not being able to gain enough lift? When flying missions I often find myself in situations where the Apache can not gain enough lift anymore. For example I'm in a manual hover @95%-100% rotary power, but the Apache just refuses to lift up. Using standard loadout: 8x AGM-L - 1200x 30mm rounds - 2x hydra rocket-launchers - 100% fuel Before 2.9 I never had any issues in getting enough lift with that setup. A TrackFile will be uploaded later today.

Hi Not sure if something has changed here recently - been flying helos for a few months and no F16. In attached track I am easily able to designate the SA8 emitter with the HAD and HTS, find it with the TGP, and then engage it. But when I try to do the same with the FC radar, the HAD refuses designation of the emitter. I have tried this single mission multiple times - sometimes I can designate the FC radar once after engaging the sa8, and then the problem appears. It does appear that the HAD momentarily cues the TGP to the area of the emitter, as I eventually spot the emitter in the TGP. But I am never able to fully designate the FC radar and get the rectangular box around it. Am I missing something, or is this some strange bug? Thanks CJ Unable to designate targets on HAD.trk

Hi, when enter many waypoint, i see that sequence orderer is not exactly the same after 20 wpt : For WPT 1 to 20 (inc), it's : STPT => ICP incr => ICP down (selector on MAN) => ICP Down (selector on Lat) => etc For WPT 21 and more : SPTP => ICP incr => ICP down only once (selector is directly on Lat line) => etc Is "as expected" or not ? Open Beta 2.9 In the rearm dialog, with weapon selected for station 7 and/or 5, when station 6 is populated 7/5 weapons disappear. With weapon selected for station 6, when station 7 or 5 is populated station 6 weapon disappears.

-UPDATE- Can confirm you can use the 'Export' feature and manually put a weapon on that pylon, if you try to edit the loadout in anyway, it will disappear. applies to both A10c and A10C-II attached picture for proof. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ You used to be able to have weapons on Pylon 7-6-5 but now its only 7-5 or just 6. This a bug or "update"? As old custom loadouts still Work unless you try to change them, then Pylon 6 or 7-5 disappear. No it doesn't work if you do it in the .cfg Yes it works in SP and MP as long as you dont touch it. No default loadouts use Pylon 6. -
I've noticed that after a certain time, say +/- 20 minutes, the laser attached to the shkval or the gun in automatic mode loses its telemetric function while keeping the lock on the target, making the vikhrs unusable and the gun firing at random. Could this be a bug or a simulated overheating of the laser - there's no system alarm?

I have not been hosting a DCS server for some time, I think the server was running 2.7 when I was last hosting. It used to run 9 instances named slot1 through slot 9 with the relevant config files under "Saved Games". I started the same old server after a long gap, patched to v2.8 two or three weeks ago and restarted the server, so it ran the same script as previously which would start SRS Server then each slot one at a time with like a 50 second pause between them. All looks fine but after about 15 or 20 minutes four of the instances would stop with a message "Login session has expired". I have since updated to v2.9 and still get the same issue, even after adjusting the script to run the multi-threaded version. It also behaves the same if I run all 9 sessions from shortcuts. Below is an example command line. "C:\Games\DCS World\bin-mt\DCS.exe" --server --norender --force_disable_VR -w Slot1" I can provide more info if required, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't doing something stoopid in the first instance. I did a search before posting. One thing to check was disabling any VPN, which I do not run. If feels like I need a new parameter like "--maxsessions=9" or some such, but I can't see that mentioned, unless I missed it. Cheers in advance. -

Three Hornet slots with different loadouts: only Mk82, only Mk82 Snake Eye and mix of both. Track recorded with mixed loadout aiming for the center where the two runways meet. Intermittent issue of not being able to add a point as a CM, I get a green line between the button and the screen text. -
These are my 2 observation. 1. Selecting CCIP mode for this weapon. MDF program shows CCIP. HUD shows it as AUTO regardless. Bomb fall line appears to be align to auto as well 2. Bomb drop in this manner appears to explode at the VT attitude and sound effect include bomblet dispense however no secondary explosion occurs and target remain unharm. I only try this on a single MP server. Unsure if anyone else face the same...

I created a mission where a MQ-9 is working as AFAC, designating a bunker with its laser. Laser code in the mission editor is set to "1735". During the 9-Line briefing the laser code is reported as "1688", later during the run, the laser code is also 1688 instead of the one set in ME. The task assigned to the AFAC was "FAC - Assign Group", Group was the bunker, Weapon "guided", Designation "laser", Laser code "1735"

At certain ranges and angles the sight moves out of view in the HUD, even with head tracking it becomes impossible to use.
