Enigma's Dynamic Cold War Campaign PVP/PVE Server The purpose of this server is to provide a dynamic campaign server that is set in the cold war that is accessible and avoids frustrating mechanics. The focus is air to air and air to ground activities. Some highlights: -PVP/PVE with a dynamic frontline that moves in real time and does not require a server reset for it to move. -Overlord GCI Bot -Curated Equipment set in Early-to-Mid Cold War -All WVR Fighting no FOX-3 missiles and a focus on iron bombs and unguided rockets with some air-to-surface missiles. -There will be an abundant of helicopter missions that do not focus around slinging but are more about having an impact on the frontline. -There will be strategic targets that impact the frontline movement. There are AI bomber flights too. Map Area: null null Trailer Guide Explaining how to Play How to Use Overlord This server community is mostly Discord based. I do not check the forums daily https://discord.gg/3ZMttnKmkh FAQ https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1I-aD-s3zoEpV4gGu7QIrEdywkpklfT40te-mYlX3zk8/edit?usp=sharing We consider ourselves in open beta. Hi guys, First of all, IMPORTANT: THIS IS NOT MY WORK!!! I just converted it to the Mirage F1 and added some new features like Portable TACANs on the main airbases. 5 missions Mirage F1 Campaign on Syria Map. Did you ever want to play the bad guy? Well, here is your chance to slip into the role of "Desert Snake", a Mirage F1 pilot who will do anything necessary to defend his country and her allies against foreign disrespect. Set in a fantasy version of events around the 1970ies Syria region. This medium difficulty campaign will take you through most of the Mirage F1's relevant systems. During this 5-mission campaign, you will become proficient in radio navigation, air to air intercept and dogfighting, air to ground employing bombs and rockets. Also, it is fun to play the bad guys for a change. Available on User Files Download Campaign DL page. Original work by Black_Dynamite: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/filter/user-is-Black_Dynamite/apply/ Original campaign link: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3322826/ Extract on D:\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\Mods\aircraft\Mirage-F1\Missions (recommended) or Extract on C:\Users\"username"\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Missions (customize your drive letter) Required to play: Mirage F1, WWII Assets Pack, Syria map payware modules. Btw, Any trouble with Campaign advance is due to my incompetence (lol). Pls, use the skip button if necessary. All the best, Sydy

Dear developers! Please make it possible to enable afterburner by button, like in the F/A-18C module. There it is possible to enable that the axis does not activate afterburner and it is activated by a separate button For a trottle without detents, it's very much in demand

[Original threat lost, apologies!] Situational Overview Following a REDFOR insurgency post the Falklands war, a new Caudillo has taken over larger parts of the southern tip of South America. BLUEFOR has been tasked to sweep the RED zones South to North and re-establish the previous order. USMC has landed close to Ushuaia and Port Willams and has established a bridgehead. The HMS Invincible provides protection in the channel, the USS Forrestal is crusing east of the mainland. CAP operations has been established from Ushuaia and CTLD/CSAR helicopter operations from Ushuaia Helo Port and FARP London. USMC SOF have been inserted deep into the Phase-One-Zone Rio Grande and provide target information and target markers. https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3328279/ Background This late cold-war mission is set on the South-Atlantic/Falkland maps. Sound output leverages Text-To-Speech-Generation(TTS) via SRS, best via Google (own account needed) or Windows Desktop (far less voices). For SRS-TTS to work on your PC, consult this guide: https://github.com/FlightControl-Master/MOOSE_GUIDES/blob/master/documents/Moose TTS Setup Guide.pdf Before running, you need to setup the SRS and Load/Save paths correctly to match your system and/or server, and create a folder for persistence. Read and follow the instructions in the README.txt file on how to do that! Help is available via the MOOSE Discord https://discord.gg/aQtjcR94Qf Version history * Features SRS-TTS * Features Persistence * Build with Moose * V1.41p1 - Phase One Initial Community Release * V1.42p1 *** Removed dependency on WWII Assets and A-4-EC. *** Made the config an external file, see README.txt for details on how to adjust. *** Repaired ground saving and loading. * V1.43p1 *** All F1CE and M2K now belong to France, not the US *** SOF messages timing changed * V1.44p1 *** Improved Conquer Airbase Logic *** Exchanged AWACS Voice (now faster) to avoid overlaps * V1.45p1 *** Marker creation on conquered Airbases for CTLD loading zones now lighter. * V1.46p1 *** Added two Spanish F1EE in Puerto Williams SRS Output Demo from the Mission (YouTube)

Hello ladies and gentlemen, I would like to start this thread in order to have one place where we can all contribute to the gathering of F1EQ documentation, cockpit photos, and other information regarding the Iraqis’ revered and infamous F1EQ, preferably the F1EQ-6, but all otherwise is welcomed. I hold the belief that, after the release of the BE and M, an F1EQ variant has been the most popular wishlist request for the Mirage F1 module. The F1EQ-6, the ultimate F1, was above and beyond in its capabilities, and was easily the most capable variant of the F1 from a Dassault factory. I would like for anyone interested in this project to contribute, whether by searching for documentation and pictures, or just having conversation and sharing information on the elusive F1EQ, in the hopes of catching Aerges’ eyes. I believe the F1EQ would be an incredible addition to DCS, considering its historical importance in the theatres of war seen in DCS, such as the Persian Gulf. The Scourge of the Persian Gulf, the Tomcat Killer, the infamous Mirage F1EQ! I do this, as I am personally a huge fan of the F1EQ, but also because I know that many other DCS: Mirage F1 fans are as well, and I want to have one place where Aerges can see all of us working together and showing that we do want an F1EQ, and that we, or me personally, would not mind paying extra, as it is a very advanced and complicated variant of the F1. Everyone is welcomed, so if anyone has any information, documentation, or pictures (cockpit or external), share it here!

Made this a while back but never thought to post it to the forums! Hope you enjoy.

Aerges - Mirage F1 project update We are happy to announce you the development of Mirage F1 by Aerges Engineering SL. We can imagine your surprise for such news, but you shouldn’t be concerned, we have decided to work on Mirage F1 with Aerges instead of AvioDev for business reasons. Aerges Engineering is formed, mainly, by the same highly experienced Team components that have been developing the advanced version of the C-101. We are, basically, the same people. Some of the members have left and some are new, though they have already been working on C-101 for some time, but we keep the same core, the same or even more experience, know-how, enthusiasm and general technical knowledge. Furthermore, all the Team members are engineers and/or pilots. All this means that you can expect to get a Mirage F1 module with same or even higher level of precision, quality, attention to detail and professionalism than our previous module, the C-101. In this preview, we show you some screenshots of the Mirage F1-CE cockpit, with accurate and detailed 3D model and PBR textures, including some external AI models. And, in the coming weeks or months, we will continue presenting you screenshots and/or videos, as well as development news. We have been working on advanced flight model, engine and main aircraft systems coding for a year and a half. We can say it is, basically, completed, and we now have to work on systems interaction with cockpit, clickable cockpit, and specific aircraft systems. Our module is absolutely based on real data, that means that what you will get is the most accurate simulation that can be done of the real Mirage F1, with professional quality. What you will see is the real airplane with real data. Obviously, since what we use is real data, any real performance charts, like time to climb, energy-maneuverability, etc. will be fulfilled. The versions we are working on are all the Spanish Air Force versions, since those are the ones we have real info for, that is, Mirage F1-CE, Mirage F1-EE, Mirage F1-BE and Mirage F1-M, though the latter will take longer to be finished as it includes new avionics, which require a huge amount of additional work. We estimate to have first version, Mirage F1-CE, ready in Early Access in about half a year. We would think about doing other countries versions if we get real data for them, but it’s not part of our main target right now. For those of you who are not totally familiarized with this aircraft: The Mirage F1-CE is the basic single cockpit version, the Mirage F1-EE is the refuelling (multi-role) version, the Mirage F1-BE is the two seater and the Mirage F1-M is the modernized version with new avionics. Two IQAF(Iraq Air Force) Mirage F1 EQ-5 from 81st Squadron departed from Saddam AB at 31st July 1986, The 1st equiped with two Magic, two AS30L and Patrick laser pod, the 2nd equiped with two Magics, two Super530Fs, Remora/Sycomor pods and 1,160L external fuel tank, due to the mountain topology it was a hard target, approached the bridge from northeast at 820 km/h at 4000m, dived to 2700m and locked the pod on the bridge deck at a distance of 8.7km at 1900m, at 6.4km from the target he fired the AS30L missile. Iraq previously attacked with Su-22 and been able to damaged it lightly.

I am wondering the logic behind different modules exhibiting radically different structural failure characteristics. The most obvious example is the F-5E compared to the Mirage F1CE. The two aircraft have incredibly similar published structural limitations, yet one is very easy to rip both wings off and the other behaves completely differently. I know opinions vary on which is more realistic. I would argue the Mirage is a lot closer to reality. However, my concern is the inconsistency in module development. Life might be a box of chocolates but structural limitations modeling should not be. Structural failure behaviors should be similar for all aircraft absent some very obvious public data demonstrating otherwise.

More pressure values for barometric altimeter please. When you put the aircraft at Iraqi airfield H3 in Syria, it is not possible to set the main altimeter as it does not have these pressure values. I read Aerges answer that this should be the case, as the Spanish Mirage F1 CE did, but could you make more values for the main baroaltimeter? It is now capable of taking values from 930 to 1070 mb, but at the standard pressure of 29.92 in HH at H3 airfield the pressure is about 920-926mb (I can check and clarify if needed)

Hello. I'm messing around with the F-1's loadouts and am trying to get the AUF-2 dual ejector racks to drop all the bombs, They only seem to drop one and the rest remain on no matter how many times you press the pickle button. null Mirage F-1 lua attached along with some other stuff in there i was screwing with. Any help would be great. Mirage-F1.lua

Can dev.team provide roadmap of F1's weapons set? I am curious about which guided munition will be added?

Hello. It seems that radar elevation in altitude mode is bugged/doesnt work or simply instead of 1000 feet increments, it jumps by 10 000 feet increments. Ive setted up a test Mirage F1 at 10 000 feet and bunch of B52s at altitude of 25 000 approx 35nm away so i could use TDC all the time. Dialed in +15 as for + 15 000 feets and.... nothing. Dialed back to +1 and i had them on, even at like 5nm with +1 or +2, i still had them on scope, which should be wrong and i should have had +15 to see them for the whole duration. It seems like in altitude mode, instead of 1000 increment, its miswritten to 10 000, which is absolutely unusable. For the whole time on the pics below, i had either +1 or +2 as for + 1000 or 2000. Bombers were approx 15000 feets above me.

Hello, all. I'm here to ask if anyone knows the control layout on stick and throttle for the F1CE. The Aerges manual doesn't show much, and I am looking to map out my controller as closely as possible. I have searched for this information; perhaps I have merely been in the wrong places. Once I get that information, I can map it out in DCS, myself; however, at this point...I look at the stick and throttle and aside from trim control, I cannot tell which button does what! Maybe someone else has already put out a thread for this? If so, can you redirect me to it? Much appreciated. SidDogg

Kneeboard for Mirage F1. It includes startup procidure, in-flight emergency procidures, fuel cuontity and depression tables for A/G weapon. I hope, this kneeboard can help some peoples with learning Mirage F1 and add comfort to the flight. Enjoy! Many thanks to Aerges Engineering for the Mirage F1 module! Hi, My memory may fail me a bit, but I remember that when the Mirage F1 CE came out, these switches were not clickable: but now that I see them on the F1 EE, I realized that they are now clickable. In fact, on the CE they are now clickable too. As I'm currently updating my CE procedures for the EE, I began researching what do they do and if functional, how/when do you use them? .. but I have found nothing about them on any manual or book that I have . Does anyone knows the answer? Thanks for any help you can provide me with this Cheers, Eduardo.

Hi all. Sometime ago I asked this question to @f4l0 in the SimShaker Discord: Hi there, was wondering if there are any plans to add an effect for the Mirage F1 compressor stall? @f4l0 replied: Sounds interesting. But I need to find a way to "extract" the data for the compressor stall... I was wondering if @fausete (and/or the Aerges team) were able to help? The SimShaker profile for the Mirage F1 is fantastic, but having the seat shake itself to pieces during compressor stalls would be the icing on the cake. Thanks!
