NRG-Vampire
just a question to LS guys: are you going to release the SA-2 SAM site as well ? http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=1761710&postcount=
Silver_Dragon
I think, that all Stuff (Sa-2 / ZSU-57-2 / S-60, etc) has no see into Mig-21Bis anymore (Beczl property I assume) :(
Cobra847
No ground units will be included in our release. Sorry! 1 Nicholas Dackard Founder & Lead Artist Heatblur Simulations https://www.facebook.com/heatblur/
Irregular programming
Yeah, I've always assumed that the ground units where sadly lost during that process. But those screens look great, nice to see that everything is starting to fall into place. (what's the sun symbol in the last image?) Avimimus
It is a shame that the retarded and incendiary bombs won't work. I've been wanting to patch these on to my Su-25 for some time. I assume ED is aware that they need to add more core engine support for weapons with these features?
Silver_Dragon
Incendiary weapons has planned, retard weapons working on DCS: W
Zakatak
So there was list of weapons posted a month ago on here, but it was stated that those were the ones that weren't implemented yet. Can we have a more current list of what weapons are set to be implemented for the release, or at least within a couple patches of it? Maybe a short and basic description on how each one is used and what it is used against too.

Nereid
Some of the weapons from that list can't be /properly/ integrated into DCSW at the moment, most notable examples are flammable/incendiary containers/bombs. Some weapons is not included since it proved useless during testing (e.g. small bombs, GUV due to small caliber intended for use against infantry not effective against tough targets, some drag bombs (difficult declaration, problematic aiming and behavior)), or impossible to aim with ASP sight (-6.5 degrees limit). The best decision in my opinion. It's better to have only working weapons that are well implemented than many exotic weapons that won't work well or not at all in DCS. And the amount of available weapons is greater than I would have expected. DCS:A-10C / DCS:Ka-50 / DCS:UH-1H / DCS:Mig21bis / DCS:P-51D / DCS:Mi-8MTV2 / DCS:Fw190D9 / DCS:Bf109K4 / DCS:C-101EB / DCS:L-39C / DCS:F-5E / DCS:Spitfire LF Mk. IX / DCS:AJS37
howie87
I agree. I'd also like to only see weapons that were actually used by the MiG-21 be available to use. I don't want to see it dropping GBU-38's or anything silly.
