Guest EVIL-SCOTSMAN
amen to that, even illumination with artillery would be cool.
juan_mol
Like the star shells in SHIII. You can even sink ships with them.:icon_eek: But I agree too. It would be nice to have artillery illuminate the target area.
SUBS17
Possible to get Illumination rounds from naval guns and artillery, please :D It would make night missions, especially with BS so much more immersive. You need a map on a knee board and the ability to have grid coordinates or use of a mouse pointer. Also HE and the other munition types would be cool as well. BTW AI aircraft can already drop illum flares in lockon:cool: . And yes its very effective.:icon_supe [sIGPIC] [/sIGPIC]

Never forget that World War III was not Cold for most of us.
Prophet_169th
In a cloudy dark night, with no moon..... NVG's have very poor contrast. And immersion isnt just about what you need to fight. Even though the AI doesnt need it, IRL they would, and so would be common place on the battlefield.
