The new engine has aboslutly nothing to do with aircraft. It is desinged to replace terrain rendering and has not much todo with the aircraft itselfe. Long T is faster, Short T is slower. Open triangle is AWACS, closed triangle is your own sensors. Double dash is friendly, Single dash is enemy. Circle is friendly. Strobe is jammer. It's a hollow tube basically, so viewed from behind, it looks ridiculous with no sense of volume. At least the texture could be tweaked...
