#07 - DCS: MiG-21 FIRST IMPRESSIONS!

Hi Everyone,

 

In lieu of an incoming video and a proper new DEV Update; I figured I should compile some initial impression posts by individuals who've renounced Denmark and received a copy in return. :P

 

Thank you to all of the individuals who have reached out to us so far and have approached the MiG-21 with an open mind.

It puts a big fat grin on our face to see our work enjoyed by someone else. We can't wait to sit back with a cold one and enjoy watching you all fail your first landings.

They have changed their website , it now says "Q2 - Q3", but since we are long past Q2, it looks like Q3 is when it will be released.

ENG Cockpit has all English EXCEPT for Gauges and 1-2 small panels at the moment.

I need to bring the ENG Gauges up to the current standard. Hoping to do that in the next week.

 

RU Cockpit is all RU.

Back when Finland used to operate Mig-21 the cockpit had a mix of finnish, english and russian in different instruments. :)

May have been some in swedish from Draken as well ;)

 

I should have some own pictures of this somewhere, need to check if there's anything that's not entirely blurred in those.. :P

AFAIK Novak's MiG-21 is in standard Russian.

Great stuff guys, I'm really glad that things are coming together now. It's been a long road but we're almost there, looking forward to the day when the 159th server is littered with the burning wrecks of crashed MiG-21's lol.
