I presume the description.lua goes in a new folder you need to make: DCS_World\DCS World\Bazar\Liveries\FW-190D9\FW-190D9_Stab_Jg4 The DDS files go where ? Thanks for the feedback you reminded me to the fact i must make things clear before throwing files on the net ! I reuploaded the rar to dropbox and ED site now in folder and with installation text file. You can redownload it from there and follow the steps but you probably already figured it out. I don't know if it's normal but I found your tires and wheels too black, when I compare these two devices with the originals repaints of ED their are more lighter, maybe it's one mistake from me...
