What type of pedals do you use, if any?

If you have a Saitek (may be not only) you must inverted axis for brakes.

When you are in cockpit press R/CTRL and ENTER and you will see axis indicator with actual brake setting. (vertical scale on both sides : if shows UP brakes are set and if shows DOWN brakes are released - must be :) for moving)

And, do you have set propeller to full forward (3000RPM)?
