Zakatak Posted August 28, 2014 Share Posted August 28, 2014 I can't really find anything on the stick and throttle for 2000C, or any version of the 2000 for that matter. I can't really find any photos of it either, but from what I have seen, it looks really simplistic compared to other fourth generation fighters. How does it work? jojo Posted June 10, 2015 Share Posted June 10, 2015 On stick from top to bottom: - auto pilot off (can't see in picture) - NWS/ IFF interrogation - TWS/ STT select - weapon system switch (under pilot's thumb): AA: push to unlock target, forward/ aft to select close combat radar mode. AG: forward and aft select attack mode or navigation mode - BRM: actually release decoy - trim - unlock trigger safety - Magic search/ vertical nav update - trigger (can't see in picture): fire all weapons AA & AG Mirage fanatic ! Radar range is selected: - radar control panel - moving up/ down the TDC on radar display (like F-15C in FC3) The "wheel" select radar elevation. Next to it a button: AA: slave Magic to radar lock AG: radar ranging NAV: navigation update by waypoint aiming (HUD cue) and ranging (radar) TDC control is used to slew and lock.
