In the Ka-50, I tried assigning my rudder pedal toe-brakes axes to the wheel brake (W) but don't seem to notice any braking effect in the sim. Anyone encountered this issue before, or is the assignment incorrect? Appreciate any help.

Try inverting your axis.

Open up the control window thingy with RIGHT ALT AND ENTER.... I think......

The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.

Good point, although I think that might be Right Ctrl + Enter. This'll show you your braking levels (as well as pitch/roll/yaw).
