Im also ill. I was playing DCS and accidentaly clicked on Modules in the menu and there it was Mig-21 for Pre-Sell. I bought it instantly, then i went to the DCS website and there was no mention of it, so i made this thread and after 5 mins or so there was the official thread....... Im seriuosly ill:megalol:

Me neither. I want to get it on steam...but I am thinking, its better to just get it here and support the devs/ED rather than steam mooching off 30% of the total sale price.

Part of the reason why I don't use steam for DCS. I have 35 or so titles owned on steam, first time I tried DCS and flew with some old friends, I used a steam install, when I decided to buy my first modules, I have removed steam version and downloaded from ed.

 

Besides steam mooching a nice sum of money from sales that won't go to developers, modules release earlier here anyway. While it is nice for all other games, for DCS I don't see much benefit of using steam, but that's just me :)

Yes, always better to buy it directly. You will probably get a pre sell discount or if not then a percentage discount to use in future modules. I really want to support these guys (ED, Veao, Leatherneck, Belsimtek and all the others..... For simply making exactly the product i want to buy!
