Flanker52 Posted September 18, 2014 Share Posted September 18, 2014 I'm a bit confused on the Uh-1 throttle. The way I am flying is I have the throttle fully maxed the whole time. Is this realistic and correct? Is the governor basically adjusting the throttle for us? I thought in real life Huey pilots needed to adjust the throttle manually depending on the power requirement. Collective is the angle of the blades, and it's what you constantly need to adjust, this is what gives you more or less lift.
