There's appears to be alot of confusion in the way pylon numbering is presented in the air to air tutorial. Heres a youtube to link to illustrate:

Yes, but it's not LN fault. The numbering of the pylons in the mission loudout is unrelated to the pylon numbering in flight.

 

Numbering is: (left) 3 1 2 4 (right)

 

A simple graphic that illustrate the numbering in the manual would be nice.

 

But I see no bug here.

Nor would you, except if you were about to go into real combat and that was the guy instructing you.

 

You'd see the bug, post haste. Gauranteed.

 

I guess its like Einstein said ... all things are relative. Even instruction.

 

But, having said that. Thanks for clarifying the numbering.

Ah! The instruction is wrong? Never tried it. But the numbering is weird - even for the the instructor perhaps. ;) You have to drink a lot of wodka to get it right... :D
