Vehicles skins

Hi all,

 

Is there a way to actually choose the skin to be applied to a custom vehicle add in the Mods/tech folder? Using the Liveries folder I would guess but I cant get the menu allowing to choose a skin for a vehicle in the mission editor:book:

 

Vehicles in currently in the game can have multiple skins but they are automatically chosen given the country using the vehicle and the season.
