Flyable Tornado not working anymore

Hey Guys I hope someone can help me here,

 

I tried to get this Tornado working:

I did it exactly the way it is described there but all of a sudden I cant overwrite anything, there is no Tornado.Zip in the mentioned folder. Even If I place it in there Its not flyable at all.

 

Is there anything Im doing wrong, or has anything been changed with the latest patches?

I haven't used this mod but at a guess the problem is

 

DCS World\Mods\aircrafts\ has become

 

DCS World\Mods\aircraft\ in the latest update
