starsky396
DCS world crashes as soon as I start it up. I had updated to 1.2.10 and it started crashing, however i rolled back to 1.2.9. I have tried repairing DCS world however nothing works. By the way I am running vanilla DCS world. Edited October 28, 2014 by starsky396

Pikey
Log a case on the support website, community support can be fantastic but it's not held to any accountability. ___________________________________________________________________________ SIMPLE SCENERY SAVING * SIMPLE GROUP SAVING * SIMPLE STATIC SAVING *
starsky396
I have created a ticket, and based on what ED has told me it seems I need to reinstall. However I would like to hear what the community has to offer, just in case there is a hidden solution. Here are my specs BTW. http://www.mediafire.com/view/p5h1gdt9ahe9md3 Also, DCS doesn't generate any logs for some reason, so there isn't really much I can post. AtaliaA1
DxDiag Previously: Crashed in DirectShow This is in most cases due to DX9 not being installed or installed properly. U can find DX9 on ur HDD under C:\ Program Files Eagle Dynamics DCS World DISTR. It might be a good idea to reinstall both files found there vcredist is also causative. (potentially) Always a process of elimination thing with PC s. This was a Boutique Builder iBuypower rig.
