Just a quick suggestion regarding your first question. Do the mods you are using have the correct folder structure? If not then they would indeed be "activated" in JSGME but would not necessarily be replacing any of the files that need replacing in DCS World.

For example, the file pathway shown below is the folder structure that is in JSGME. My mods folder is called MY_MODS and not _MODS by the way. In this MY_MODS folder i have another folder called the name of the mod i.e Ka-50 Faster shkval slew mod. Within this folder I have the same folder structure as is in DCS World.

F:\DCS World\MY_MODS\Ka-50 Faster shkval slew mod\Mods\aircraft\Ka-50\Cockpit\Scripts\Devices_specs\SHKVAL_V.lua

The above pathway would simply replace the original SHKVAL_V.lua found here:

F:\DCS World\Mods\aircraft\Ka-50\Cockpit\Scripts\Devices_specs\SHKVAL_V.lua

I'm not using this mod at the moment so it may be obsolete but you get the idea.

As you've posted this twice I'll answer twice:

All you need to know about JSGME:

Edit: Not sure I fully understand your other problem. You have a TM Warthog and want to assign slew to...?

Windows 10 Home, Intel Core i7-9700K @ 4.6GHz, Gigabyte GTX 1070 G1 Gaming (8GB VRAM) on 34" LG curved monitor @ 3440x1440, 32GB RAM, TrackIR 3 (with Vector Expansion), Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS, Saitek Combat Pedals, Thrustmaster Cougar MFDs.

Thanks for this information.

I'm going to check it because some mods work and some other don't.

You may find that older JSGME ready mods will have the word "aircrafts" in the mods folder, instead of the more recent "aircraft".

ED made a small change, and therefore the file paths may be incorrect.

There is, at least, one more folder still called 'aircrafts' in the sim (under one of the Scripts folders, IIRC).
