C-101 Flight Performance Figures?

Maybe I missed this, but I can't seem to find these in the documentation:

  • Take-off rotation speed
  • Take-off speed
  • Cruising speed
  • Altitude Limits
  • Speed Limits
  • Landing approach speed
  • Touchdown landing speed

Has anyone seen these in any of the documentation?

Can anyone point me at any source for these?

OK - here's some of it (From Wikipedia):

Maximum speed: 770 km/h (417 knots, 480 mph)

Range: 4000 km (2160 nm, 2485 mi)

Service ceiling: 12,500 m (41,000 ft)

Rate of climb: 1,490 m/min (4,900 ft/min)

Wing loading: 250 kg/m² (52 lb/ft²)

Thrust/weight: 1:3.2 (3.16 N/kg)

Maximum G: +7.5 -3.9

But I still haven't seen anything about takeoff, approach, and landing speeds.

Try this checklist. It has take off and landing numbers toward the end.

  • 7 years later...

For the EB version, there are these ITT LIMITATIONS:

  • 860°C for 5 min during takeoff
  • 796-832°C for 30 min
  • 795°C maximum continuous

You need to reduce throttle during climb as ITT will rise. You need to pay attention after takeoff, being above 832°C greatly reduces the 30 min period. I almost always climb at max. 795°C ITT after takeoff.

Regarding cruise speed and height. Higher is better for fuel economy. Check your fuel flow gauge during climb and cruise. Depending on the distance you want to fly, reduce fuel load. You won't need the fuel in the wings in most flights.

But a fire started at 14,000 ft for me, even if temperature was bellow 832º.

Why refloat a 7-year old thread, that isn't even related to your question, instead of creating a new thread for your issue?  🙄
