Random
The new tail is more of an evolution of the old scheme... The 50th just looked unplanned to me... The vertical stab just didn't fit with the rest of the scheme.
magpie
The vertical stab just didn't fit with the rest of the scheme. I'd agree with that though, who knows it'll probably grow on me... :) Edited March 1, 2015 by magpie [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Lite-Brite
I actually really think that the new tail has a very nice design, Very clean, nice from the technical side of design.
=Mac=
This is better, I think: :) The Hornet is best at killing things on the ground. Now, if we could just get a GAU-8 in the nose next to the AN/APG-65, a titanium tub around the pilot, and a couple of J-58 engines in the tail... Tango
Looking very smart! As for the Red Arrows tail, a great improvement over last year. 8) Best regards, Tango.
Flying Penguin
This is better, I think: :) That wouldn't be a good idea. We already use that on our towed gunnery targets. Might cause confusion ;) 1 Per Ardua Ad Aquarium :drink: Specs: Intel i7-9700K, GTX 2080TI, 32GB DDR4, ASUS ROG Strix Z390-E, Samsung 970 EVO NVMe M.
