Grimes
Very sad news indeed. My dad has always mentioned the character of Spock as one of his inspirations for being the first in the family to go to college. Mr Nimoy will be missed. One to beam up. Random
Hard to believe... Spock was a 20th century icon and will live forever I'm sure there was far more to the man than the character he most famously played and my condolences to hid family and friends. FlyingHighAU
Not a fan of Star Trek but nevertheless saddened by news of his passing. RIP Mr Nimoy Not a huge fan of the original ones, but the The Next Generation series is probably the most well written sci-fi ever, it explores more than just space and time. I do admit though, I didn't enjoy them when I was a teenager when they were first released, infact I found them a bit slow, due to lack of hollywood action. But now that' I'm a bit more (not much though :P) mature I really appreciate the stories and the characters. Watching the Blu-Ray versions of season 1-7 recently felt like reading a good sci-fi book rather than watching a show.
