[NOTED] 1.2.15 - Radio is not working with engine shut down

As in title - radio is not working before engine is started. I couldn't contact tower and with squelch switch flipped down there's no noise at all, even with ground power connected and everything running (except engine ofc). However after engine start radio seems to be working fine.

Noticed the same. Thought I missed something on the checklist, but after double checking, no radio with engine off.

I've seen something strange earlier too (a while before the latest patch) - it seems like the inverter isn't working until the engine spools up (you can hear its buzz come on when the engine spools up).

OK, got it. The radio doesn't work until AC generator is turned on (and this one requires the engine to spool it up obviously).

 

But with the battery on I'd expect it to work anyway? LN guys, could You confirm what the correct radio behaviour should be?

With ground power you can turn AC gen on, and it's still not working.

 

EDIT: It needs both DC and AC gen running

Confirmed this bug is occurring for me too, I cannot contact ATC unless engine is running and feeding AC gen sufficient voltage.

Even after todays fix the radios are still not working with the engine off.
