joemama
Please forgive me if this topic comes up repeatedly and I should "know better", but I'm new to the forum. I bought the DVD version of DCS A-10C 'bout a year and a half ago. So far so good. I've since downloaded DCS World. Problem is that A-10C doesn't seem to work within that environment automatically. If there is a way of getting me going there, I'd appreciate any detailed instructions--that is not leaving out half the stuff that you think I should already know. Please, anyone? bl_asd
Hey, I did the same thing. I jsut activated my a10c on the DCS world. If you have standalone DCS world downloaded from ED site. You see module manager once you get into DCS world, it is right above log off or exit. You can then put in the key or something in the module manager. If you use Steam, go to games (the little click-able at the very top of steam window)-> activate product on steam.
joey45
IF you do not have an account here > http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/ then make one. You need to Link the CD key code there, If you have done this already then good.. You need to download the current DCS: World here > http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/downloads/world/dcs_world/ IF you have done this then good.. Install and go to the 'Module Manager' in the main screen and login with the same details from here > http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com Then you can download the current A10C module. Edited March 9, 2015 by joey45 The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance. joemama
found module manager, however I found the module manager in the DCS world menu, but I don't want to have to purchase A-10C as I already did that. Is it somewhere within the BUY menu where I can put in keycode that I've already got? thanks

You can just download and install this one and it should work: http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/downloads/modules/dcs_a10c_warthog/ If you want to use the module manager with your copy of A-10C, try entering and binding your serial number to your E-shop account at this link: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/personal/licensing/ Do not buy another copy of the A-10C. joemama
i think i got it going now. Downloaded it and they didn't ask for credit card info. Just needed to put in my key code from previously purchased DVD. I hope i don't get surprise in the credit card statement. ;)
joemama
i got DCS world to work. Only thing is that it seems to be in Low Resolution, which is kind of a pisser. Any reason it would do that.
Para_Bellum
Did you try changing the screen resolution in the options menu?
Stewart
i got DCS world to work. Only thing is that it seems to be in Low Resolution, which is kind of a pisser. Any reason it would do that. On the DCS World home screen select options and in that first list you should see resolution left click on it to bring up the drop down box and select the resolution you want usually it is 1920 x 1080 for most people. Now click OK. If the resolution is already at 1920 x 1080 but everything looks like low res than textures are too low. There are three selections at the bottom of the list that say Low, Medium, and High. Try High first and if the game has too low of FPS than select Medium.
