104th_Maverick Posted July 12, 2015 Share Posted July 12, 2015 (edited) Red Flag 3 Saturday 25th of July 17:00z Featuring Guest Aggressors The Fighting 99th Fighter Wing The 104th is proud to announce we have teamed up with our friends at the newly formed Fighting 99th Squadron to bring you RED FLAG with a twist! The 99th will take the aggressor role in this event providing 16 Air to Air pilots from their ranks and friends of their Squadron to stand in the way of 32 Challenger pilots, in a 3 hour battle along the Russian Georgian border! The Fighting 99th will be the first Guest Aggressor Squadron to take their skills to the DCS Skies in our Red Flag events. We hope they will be the first of many who will also follow their lead and show the community that it's not just the 104th and 51st who can give the Challengers a run for their money! We wish them the best of luck and look forward to them appearing as the guests again in the near future after this round! Mission The event will take place on the established Operation Leopard Red Flag map, the updated mission file with relocated ground targets will be published on Saturday 18th of July for all to review! The mission will start at 17:15z! Rules Clients must sign up in the format given below You must be on the 104th Teamspeak before the briefing starts at 16:30z Upon entry into the mission you may rearm but do NOT start your engines until instructed! All aircraft MUST be on the ground at a friendly Airbase when the 3 Hour mission time runs out, any aircraft still airborne when the mission ends will count as a loss! You CANNOT go to Spectators after landing unless you have overshot the runway or cannot vacate the runway due to damage. Clients going to Spectators to rearm and refuel faster will be disqualified. You must ask permission to rejoin the server from the event organisers if you loose connection for any reason. Landing on a road will count as a loss. The challenger side must have at least 4 A2G pilots! Sign Ups! The event Sign Up will take place here in this thread, if you do not have an account on ED forums you may also register your entry on the 104th Forum, in the RED FLAG subsection Sign Ups will be on a First Come First Served basis! The maximum number of pilots from any one Squadron is FOUR! To enter you must give your details in the following format... Callsign Squadron / Lonewolf Country Aircraft Eg 104th_Maverick 104th Phoenix Scotland F-15C This is to make the scoring system more efficient and will help a great deal to streamline the sign up process for the organisers, any entries made that do not conform to the above format will not be counted! There will be a Reserve List, if you do not make it on to the published roster please still turn up if you can make it, you will be able to fly if any booked clients do not show up!
