All cockpit mods will work, there isn't much (almost none) change in the cockpit apart from a few bugfixes.

 

All external textures will need to be updated to match the new UV.

 

Yes on Paint Kit.

 

Will it work after 1.5 and 2.0 or for 2.0 will be modified again? Just a question. Maybe this "missing" Polish repaints :)?

I just hope they will revise the mapping system so I'll be able to map my warthog throttle switches more effectively. It's a shame I need to map two switches for gear up and down.

Also the damage model wherein the pylons remain after getting your wing blown off.

Is random numbering on skin coming back?

 

In the beginning of release it was on and you could deal to the different planes with same skin true Editor. After some announcement they working on updating 3D model it was turned off.

 

Today is still off. When we could be expected this feature coming back?

 

I have two skins waiting just this feature t come back.

The gyro switch for the gunsight isn't working right now. It was in the past I don't know what happened. Basically it's stuck to "gyro on" no matter what position the switch is at.

 

Also there is something I don't understand. When in gun combat and radar on fixed beam mode, pipper size should move accordingly to the distance to the target. Right now it doesn't. Distance to the target can only be adjusted by hand when in manual gunsight mode. Maybe I'm wrong lol but I'd like to know if it's a bug or not.

 

On the same principle, distance to the ground should not be gaged when Fixed Beam is off, right?

Oh, if You do some searching in this subsection of the forum, You will find a couple of old threads with loooong and heated debates about gunsight/radar functionality. Simply put, current ASP operation is a mix of historic stuff, gameplay-related simplifications and some bugs. Cobra confirmed, however, that some changes and fixes are coming here as well, so let's wait and see what next patches bring.

What kind of stalls? At high AoA? Or in level flight?

I can't find the original post anymore :( However I believe that it's stalls at high angle of attack when the airspeed is in the the low range. Right now the a/c wouldn't stall almost no matter how hard you try.

Right now the a/c wouldn't stall almost no matter how hard you try.

Just pull the stick all the way back, step on the rudder and watch the mig turn into a brick. :D

 

But getting out of it is hard.
