MIG-15bis Left and Right Console Switches Covered Up.

In trying to use the Eng. start procedure I can't get to all the switches necessary to do this. Half of the switches on both L&R console's behind

some canopy mechanical latches . Has anyone experienced something

like this ?

Everyone has, since that's just how they're positioned. Not a big deal if You have a head tracking device, 'cause You can lean to reach them, but If You don't have one, that will be an issue.

 

I'm sure, however, that if You point the mouse over the position where You expect the switch to be (even when the view is blocked), so that the hint message with switch name pops up, You can click and activate it.

I use the "Left Windows Key" + "NUMPAD number" Try all 9. Each one gives you a different view. Really good for spotting those hidden and tucked away switches

Instead of Left Windows key you can also use the numpad 0 key, however, currently this feature is not working on the KOREAN WAR server. :(

I use the RShift+RCtrl+KEYPAD ARROW Keys...works great for me!
