Mid Air Engine restart?

I am not sure if this has been asked before, but I can't seem to find any info on this. Can the Mig-15's engine be restarted in mid air like the Mig-21? And if it can, how can it be done?

Yes it can.

Information is in the manual, section 12.1.2. Engine air restart (page 244).
