I could imagine people would use this setting on replays to take screenshots (cinematic effect). I couldn't imagine why you would want to play like this anyways. Happy Bug Hunting! Thought it was odd that I get extremely high fps max settings within the cockpit view and odd stutters I'm outside view. Now I know the cause, thanks. Makes sense as I don't really see any effect whilst in cockpit mode. You definitely wouldn't want that bokeh stuff happening when trying to spot ground targets.
