It has bindings for the sling and in the mission editor there's an option for 'rope length'. Has anyone tried to get this up and working yet? Is it even fully implemented? I've had a little alternate-history COIN campaign in mind for a while. It would be really fun to have a mission where you take sling loads into the mountains somewhere to set up a FARP.
