I there a way to disable the kneeboard when in full-screen mode?

I use 1 27" monitor for my main view and two 8" monitors for my left and right MFDs. When flying the Su-27, F-15, or Huey, I find the kneeboard to be an annoyance when I'm flying full-screen. How can I disable this feature from displaying?
