gospadin
I've decided I like just doing long (100+ km) flights in the Mi-8 in bad weather/IFR. Something about the challenge of flying straight and level as the wind is gusting all over and everything through the windows is a soupy mess, doing my navigation with the ARC-9 & doppler systems. _Randolph93
Not weird at all. I also like to set up bad weather mission to test my flying and learn the navigation system(with different planes too)before some real missions. Toxic
I've done the same thing in stormy weather using the ARC-9 & doppler. Good luck, don't crash :) #CHOPPERLIVESMATTER http://www.aircombatgroup.co.uk/ [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

Avimimus
Reminds me of the Lunar Lander game. I'm actually really pleased - a lot of civil flight sims couldn't keep my interest - but throw in advanced systems modelling and flight modelling... and it gets interesting! I really hope we get a fixed wing transport at some point :D
vigilante87
Not weird at all! The other day I flew a 300km-ish flight just because. Its a great way to learn the systems for nav like everyone is saying.
