Capn kamikaze
The last time I flew it all controls were independent, now I'm seeing cross-coupling between roll and yaw, when I push full left or right stick, my rudder moves aswell to counter the natural aerodynamic cross-coupling. I know that you would do this manually for true axial rolls, but I was wondering if this has recently been made automatic, I've checked my controls and there is nothing in the settings that is mixed up. pr1malr8ge
nope, it's been that way since the FM was released. This is also how the real bird is. For the WIN [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]If your desired effect on the target is making the pilot defecate his pants laughing then you can definitely achieve it with a launch like that. Capn kamikaze
You sure about that? I don't remember seeing it last time I flew it, and it wasn't a small deflection either, but nearly half of the rudders full travel each side of neutral. Capn kamikaze
To be fair I've done a complete reinstall since the last time I flew the Eagle, so maybe something has been over-written, and simply didn't show up visually.
pr1malr8ge
not sure vissualy on your end but it's been that way since the upgrade from SFM to PFM For the WIN [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]If your desired effect on the target is making the pilot defecate his pants laughing then you can definitely achieve it with a launch like that. GGTharos
The CAS has been modeled since the beginning of PFM. It performs dampening on all axis and counteracts uncommanded motions as well, which essential includes coordinating the aircraft. At certain AoAs there is a lot of rudder only from the stick, which is part of the ARI function.
